Ordered on the mobile app for my coworkers and then I went and picked it up inside. When I got there, there was a lady with her kids in front of me in line. The went up to the counter and said "I have a doordash order" and the lady behind the counter said "It's still being made" in the most unhappy way. So then I walked up to the counter and said "I have a mobile order for Dakota" and she said "We don't have an order for Dakota" and turned the screen at me rudely and said "see" I said okay. Then she walked away and came back with my order. I then asked for several grape jelly for my coworker and the lady looked at me and threw the grape jelly in the bag frustrated and said "here have 3!" Then walked away. If you order from here look out for the older lady because she is super rude!

Buffet is short, but loaded ,ready and mostly hot. So that BBQ crusted chicken, biscuits, gravey, several choices of chicken pieces and well smashed potatoes all will pass thru my plate, mac and cheese seems very questionable in my book , anyway good view at #MariettaOHIO

The person working your drive thru is a whole mess. If you're going to have someone being the face of your customer service, pick someone who can do the job without a disgusting attitude. They had the nastiest attitude and was extremely rude. I'll be contacting corporate. I won't be back, I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to West Virginia.

Went in for a 6 dollar bowl and the new 10 piece nuggets. Was told they will charge me for a ranch they did not come with the nuggets and then when i got to my car I only had 8 nuggets. Other than I feel ripped off there was 2 people smoking outside right where you walk in.

Clean and fresh Fried chicken. Maybe we were lucky looking at the 3.6 average, but the associates were friendly and the food was fresh. Probably the cleanest KFC we have been to in a year.
