I'm not entirely sure what I received was real chicken. I bought the biggest bucket you have and took one bite, then tossed the whole batch. It pulled apart like it was printed. The skin didn't adhere to the meat. I've been eating KFC for many -many years. This made me question whether I will ever eat at this franchise again. 😢

I gave them a coupon for my meal but they never applied my coupon and I got overcharged and they had to refund me then they gave me the discount. good thing I was paying attention :/
This kfc has the most conceded employees the girl that answered my call was rude didn't give a shit what had to say today was 8 piece chicken free if you spend 15.00 dollars well I spent over 30.00 dollars and didn't get my free chicken the girl said that I should have put in code I said there was no code and before I paid the free chicken was on my order the girl then proceeds to tell me that I need to learn how to use app so need to say I will not be going back there again and I bought 5 dips and never received them horrible place to eat at

Ordered on the mobile app for my coworkers and then I went and picked it up inside. When I got there, there was a lady with her kids in front of me in line. The went up to the counter and said "I have a doordash order" and the lady behind the counter said "It's still being made" in the most unhappy way. So then I walked up to the counter and said "I have a mobile order for Dakota" and she said "We don't have an order for Dakota" and turned the screen at me rudely and said "see" I said okay. Then she walked away and came back with my order. I then asked for several grape jelly for my coworker and the lady looked at me and threw the grape jelly in the bag frustrated and said "here have 3!" Then walked away. If you order from here look out for the older lady because she is super rude!
