Do NOT order DELIVERY. It will go through door dash or grub hub. Door dash delivered half the order. Called the store, refused to deal with problem because it was delivered by door dash. Door dash refused to refund even the amount of food that wasn't delivered! Waited over an hr for grub hub to deliver next time, delivery time kept being pushed back longer and longer. Attempted to cancel, grub hub wouldn't allow as food order has been submitted and made. So they wanted me to eat a pizza made over an hour ago? Contacted customer service and they offered 3$ refund for food I hadn't received and likely never would. After a long argument, they finally refunded the entire amount and canceled the order. The food ordered for pickup is normally OK.

i was waiting on my pizza and i whitnessed a lady (who i later found out was theresa bryan, the owner,) yelling at an employee. Completely unprofessional!

I went in last night. Asked if they had any hot and ready. No is she said. I said you got anything hot and ready. Again she said no. Just that thing of bread sticks. Never offered to say : we can make something. Was rude. I said ok. I don’t like breadsticks. She said we’ll have a good day and walked to the back. Very rude and unprofessional. I went to Smittys and was treated great.

Total bs i have to wait 10min for a pizza and someone walks in right behind you and they get the pizza first not you. This needs changed.
Forgot to give me OLD WORLD FANCERONI PEPPERONI pizza Gave me two 5 dollar pizzas instead! Not sure why I order just to walk out with a cheaper pizza.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy puffs the pizza went straight from Little Caesars to my truck to my kitchen table. After eating a couple slices, I bit into a literal ROCK. THE PIZZA BOX WAS NEVER OPEN BY ME OR SET ANYWHERE NEAR ROCKS. This means that my pizza was made with a rock inside of it
