Absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Food was cold and way under temp chicken nuggets were hard as a rock, overcharged for my meal. After going inside to ask for My food to be remade I decided that I would rather have a refund after seeing how disgusting the store is. I spoke to a general manager who was extremely insensitive and rude The health departments should uld really make a visit to this place

I went though to get food today and they forgot my sauces for my chicken nuggets. Which is kinda ridiculous. Last time they forgot one of my burgers I ordered it’s always something with this McDonalds.

I’m not sure why the employees can’t say thank you or you’re welcome any time I come thru the line. You wonder why people don’t come thru because you also get the order wrong and my milkshakes have been GREEN. Mind you it’s vanilla. Do better because your employees have no manners and people get tired of saying thank you when you look at them with a blank face trying to be kind. 😭these are grown adults as well!

The last few times the staff were less than satisfactory. You could tell they didn't care nor did they seem to want to be there. I get that. It's a job. I was a server for almost 8 years, so speaking from experience; when you're in a customer service position, it requires a certain kind of demeanor. And my orders have been incomplete on three separate occasions, recently.
I went in for an interview and this Manager that goes by the name Katie took my interview. I told her I am available ANY TIME, ANY DAY to work and I dont care on what she puts me on. I told her I have transportation and everything needed to start ASAP. After a minute of awkward silence she gets up WITHOUT Saying ANYTHING and goes to the back. I get up and leave. Funny thing is, I know someone who was working that day and she didn't know I knew them and decided to tell the fellow employees that she said "I like him, but don't like him at the same time". Then she decided to tell them I can ONLY work "WEEKENDS". After hearing that I was in shock. When I go in to eat at this fast food establishment I see her not doing anything and sitting in the dining area on her phone blasting short form content. I just figured to let some of yall know how she is as a MANAGER! Everyone ELSE at this McDonald's, 5 Stars!
