I'm constantly getting awful food raw quarter pounder like 3 times me and my husband all just this year we ask for fresh fries with ex salt because they always old and cold and they were old and cold no salt any way, manager was let know i called her she acted like she cared and she definitely didn't take it seriously. They replaced the order the second time it happend and I added a LG fry they gave me trash again. I've worked at a mcdonald's before I know this is not how the quarter pounder should be it's dropped when you order no reason that things done before I even get to windows. You guys gonna see another lawsuit if you guys hand out raw food and 30 40 min old french fried

Had the WORST experience here today! I used the mobile app and checked in at the speaker (with my order number). Cashier waved me on by his window (to go to next). Pick up window couldn’t find my mobile order. Manager (old man) came over mouthing about it being a third party company etc etc and there wasn’t anything he could do. I showed him my email .. order number .. payment went through, etc. they told me to move forward and they’d have to wait for it to come through (again , I showed the “old man manager” the order and suggested he could go ahead and get it prepared. After 10 minutes, I went inside and explained everything and showed a younger “shift manager” looking guy. Again, I showed him the email with the order and the fact that I’d paid for my meals ($16). He continued with the mouthing and I asked for his name (no name base on him or the “manager.” He said he didn’t have to give me his name, so I snapped his picture to send to Corporate. If someone shows you their order and the receipt that they paid, then there shouldn’t be an issue getting your food. This McDonalds is messed up.

My experience with this location is always optimum! This is the only location that ever makes fries that aren’t cold or under/over salted! The customer service is supreme! I won’t even eat fries from another location.
