Stopped in here the first time in July 24, and it was a really nice location. There is plenty of seating, very clean, ample parking, and easy to get to. Plenty of staff awaiting the lunch rush and tye food was served hot and delicious. Panera is not normal food (Aka boring), so I always make sure to read the description well.

so i ordered a large mac n cheese but i got a small and it was not hot at all, it was not even warm, it was just cold. i asked for a small drink but got charged for a meduim. i also got my chips, was happy about that but was sad i got a small mac n cheese that was cold and got charged a medium cup. $10 for a small mac n cheese and a meduim drink was kinda crazy but the worker was very nice though.

I have not been to a restaurant in years that has had such wonderful customer service. Eric running the cash register this morning welcomed us with a smile and kindness. He is a great asset to Panera Bread with his great personality. I enjoyed the food too, and I will definitely be going back.

I’ve given this place 3 different times to redeem themselves & they were unsuccessful. My order is screwed up every single time. I always order ahead on the app & the order is still messed up. I used the drive thru this time round & I had a few soups & a couple of sandwiches & a drink. They hand me my drink & my drink only. Drink wasn’t even close to what I asked for & literally had to tell them I had a whole thing of food. They can’t even get a grilled cheese correct. The one in Parkersburg is way better. Don’t waste your time here. I can sit here & explain my last 2 visits how I had old soggy lettuce in my salad, but hopefully this review will be enough. I’ve worked restaurant in the kitchen in way bigger & gourmet kitchens. It’s not that damn hard to read a screen or a ticket & put an order together. Do better or gtfo
