One of the nicest and friendliest paneras I’ve ever been to. Easy to access from the highway, super clean bathroom and dining area, and the staff was so nice helping elderly people with their meals and just super friendly. I was so impressed with them I am taking time to write this review 😅

I recently visited the Panera Bread on Main Street, and unfortunately, the experience was not to pleasant. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, It took nearly 20 minutes to receive my order, but the cashier, I believed her name was Olivia, seemed very sweet and open to help me figure out what I wanted because I wanted to try something new! she was good at keeping conversation as I waited on my food. Although, while waiting a girl who handed food to another customer seemed very annoyed and rude, I believe her name was Holly. 4 stars because coming from a person that works in a restaurant myself, it’s not that hard to be nicer to customers. This not only ruined my experience, but the other customers as well.

Kid in a candy store, that would describe my relationship with Panera. I do however miss the ham and Swiss soufflé, but 4 cheese souffle wasn't bad. Very happy to have real silverware.

Without a doubt the best experience I've ever had at a Panera Bread! Got off the interstate to spend the night grabbed a room at the Microtel hit a local cannabis dispensary then went to Panera to grab dinner, the food was spot on and the staff was super friendly. I'd give you 6 stars if I could. I forgot my phone in the room so no pics. Oh and super clean too!

I ordered through DoorDash on Sunday and paid full price for a bread bowl. When arrived to my door I did not receive my soup, but just the bread bowl. The package was sealed so it was not the driver's fault to have known that it wasn't there. I contacted the store after realizing that it wasn't there. They had offered a refund since the item was missing but if it didn't show back up in my account in a day then to call back. I called back on Tuesday after still not seeing it in my account on Monday. The manager told me to contact Doordash directly about this issue. I contacted Doordash and the app said there is nothing that they can do because the issue wasn't reported within 24 hours. So now I have paid full price ($12) for an item that I didn't receive fully. I am disappointed this couldn't have been handled between Doordash or the store.
Food was amazing. Worth the price. It was packed no where to sit down had to stand and wait for it to be made then tak it home. But w The sandwiches were so good. Crew seemed friendly but didn't say anything to anyone there. The only time anyone talked was when they took our order. And that was bare minimal.
