Originally I stopped eating pizza hut for a few years until I moved to marietta and decided to try it again. I don't know what has changed or if it is just this store. However the food was amazing and fresh. I will definitely be ordering from pizza hut again. We had a issue with my order not being delivered (Doordash mess up) and not only did the manager figure out what happened he made sure to apologize and had my food sent out super fast. Not even 5 minutes later the food was at my door. I understand that as humans mistakes are made. ♥

First off, not only was our online order not done when the app clearly said it was ready, but then we waited another 12 minutes until it was done. Proceeded to ask to get plates and Parmesan cheese and the lady at the drive thru loud sighed like I was an inconvenience and was very rude. Don’t eat here unless it’s an absolute emergency, the service deserves negative stars. I’ll go somewhere else to eat overpriced pizza
Edit: the general manager did call to apologize and the fact they do care about their customers makes me want to edit my rating to a higher level of stars, everybody has bad days sometimes, even fast food workers

They do not participate in the national coupons that Pizza Hut sends out in emails. Tried to use the one for free cheese sticks today and an error message bounced back saying this location doesn't participate in that promotion. This isn't the first time I've been offered promotions they don't participate in too. All Pizza Huts franchises should be made to participate in national promo codes. It's not like this location hurts for money either, they get a ton of business. Totally unacceptable!

The manager gave me the heads up on a wing and pizza deal. No other huts have done that. Great customer service on the phone..
The thing that made me more annoyed than anything was the fact that the menus had no prices, the only place that had the prices was a matt at the counter.

I like my pizza HOT. Got there on time at 19:45, then waited FIVE MINUTES at the counter to pay and pickup. Right as it got to the counter some fella walked in to pickup his personal pizza and they handed it to him AHEAD of me. I finally got it, drove 12 minutes home, and had to microwave the lukewarm pizza. FAIL. "Any large pizza unlimited toppings for $12.00"....not so much. Stuffed crust EXCLUDED...but the ad never said that. Cheapskates.

Ordered online with a special for Pi day. Store refused to honor the deal despite showing it to them. Rude staff that made poor excuses for their incompetence.The food itself looked like it was thrown in the box, piled on top of itself, and missing the dips.Don’t bother with this location!
