Waited 5 to 10 minutes to be seated by the bartender. Waited at table in a near empty establishment for drink order. The waitress walked by twice, and never acknowledged us. So much for shopping and eating local! So… after 25 minutes of no acknowledgment by anyone, except the bartender, we left and decided to go to our favorite place, TEXAS ROADHOUSE.

Stop by this place for dinner before heading back to our Hometown, We had a party of 10, they guy that took our name was not happy, to get us a table ready, no personality whats so ever, our waiter tryed, but wasn't knowledgeable on anything on the menu, I got the famous smash burger, it was the worst burger I have ever had, the burger was so burnt, and not edible, the owners might want to google what a smash burger really is,

The River Town Grill is a very good 5 star restaurant. This afternoon was our second time there.
Decent parking and great location just south from Williamstown WV. Clean, friendly people and an overall great place to enjoy a large variety of food.
My wife had the Vegetable Rice Bowl and I had the River Town Ribeye with Baked Potato. Plus a Sweet Tea and Lemonade for our drinks.
I had a few bites of hers and she had a few bites of mine. Holy Cow! Both meals were absolutely delicious. Plus, got a togo slice of the Mile High Cake. Mmmm, mmmm, good!
The chef(s) deserve a tremendous amount of credit for the perfect and incredibly delicious dishes that were prepared for us. Thank you very much for a great experience.

Very disappointing. First, my wife and I both ordered the Filet. Several minutes later our server said they had no filet. I changed to a NY Strip, medium rare and the wife chose the snapper. Several minutes later we were told that they didn't have one of her chosen sides. When the food comes, my "medium rare" steak was well done, burnt on the tips and not a trace of pink inside. The wife's fish was nearly raw in the center. I ordered a peach margarita and was served a plain lime margarita. We asked for extra butter at the table...never got it. It was a total disaster start to finish. I will say our server was very nice though.

Nice location and facility, however overpriced. Food was sub par and the most I've ever paid for a family of 5. Texas roadhouse is half the cost with twice the food and service.

The service wasn't very good :( we had to get up and ask someone else ourself for drinks (because I think the waitress forgot them). Not only that but they forgot our appetizer too...I had to order our appetizer to go.

Honestly, there was not much I did like about the restaurant unfortunately. The pork chop was very dry, the bread wasn't really toasted that came out but I think it was supposed to be? The sides tasted like boxed sides (not saying they were, just similar taste) instead of home cooked. The waitress must have been having a rough day or maybe just had too much going on but was not attentive. Overall, the decor is cute but $100 for two people (I did order 2 cocktails) is definitely not worth it. There was one guy who brought out the food that was fantastic and very kind, I must say. He definitely made it better when the waitress forgot sides and condiments in our order.

Server was AMAZING. Fantastic personality and great rhyming skills. The chefs need to learn how to cook a rare steak but the server and manager never gave up (4 try’s to get it right). In the end they 110% provided a phenomenal meal. Will definitely be back in the future.
