We were really happy with all of the food (and drink). Everything we had was really great. I was a bit worried when we got there...Mirande was both the bartender and the only server. I counted 27 heads in the place. We never waited though. She was great! The kitchen was quick and quality was top notch.

Me and my husband went here for our wedding anniversary. Horrible experience and server was not attentive whatsoever. He had the crabcakes which tasted off and I had the chicken. Mine was ok but his meal was ruined and sat with empty drinks. Only 1 server and table by us was complaining as well. Also had cold air from the vent blowing right at us the whole time. Great view but not a great restaurant. Will not go back again.

We both ordered a Ribeye steak. It was one of the worse steaks I have ever tasted. It reminded me of a childhood trip to Florida in 1968. The issue was the grill. The taste from a grill that had not been cleaned possibly in years. I remember the taste from a truck stop my parents chose to eat at in 1968. Old burnt grease was the theme. To top it off, it was possibly the worst cut of meat I have ever seen. Grisly and tough. The restaurant itself is in a historic hotel. It is said to be haunted. The Lafayette Hotel was beautiful, but extremely musty. The restaurant had the same odor. The steak was so bad that my wife could not eat it. We had them toss it. Do yourself a favor and avoid the food. The hotel is beautiful. Te restaurant was very historic. Just do not eat there.

The food was simple and tasty. If you're a history buff, you'll absolutely love this place. It's part of a Historic hotel. I was afforded some time prior to entering the restaurant, so I took the opportunity to meander the public areas and engage the revealed history of this establishment. It proved well worth it! The architecture inside is simply SUPERB ❗A true blast from the PAST!

The service was great. It was only eclipsed by the quality of food. We did s ghost and history tour at a local venue. The Riverfront Bar & Grill was the perfect cap for one of the best days! If you are in Mariette Ohio, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you do not give it a try!

Our server was very polite and attentive to us. The food was terrible. Didn't like the food at all. First time and place ever, that I did not like a grilled salmon.
It was creepily empty. We just wandered around the hotel until we found the restaurant. If it wasn’t for another set of customers, I would have thought this place to be empty. The waitress was super nice and the decor makes it feel like you’re eating in a museum which is super cool. My wife got the BLT and was a fan. Their fries are in twists, but not curly fries. I got crab cakes that were delicious. The asparagus was overly salty and so were the fries. If they eased up on the salt this would be 5/5!

Just one server tonight, wish young people realized how adversely they affect a business and their coworkers when they call off, for no good reason, let alone do it regularly..there should be consequences for such inconsiderate and rude behavior.

Went to a Christmas part here and had a great time. The staff were super friendly. The food was good, and the atmosphere was extraordinary. Looking around at all of the amazing woodwork and beautiful antiques was exciting for me.
