I have enjoyed this coffee since visiting a festival in Ohio where they had samples. I live in TN so I have to order it online. They are quick to get you your order. Recently, there was an issue with my order. They were so kind, handled it in a timely manner, and corrected it in a tangible manner. Anyone can make a mistake, but the mark of true extraordinary character is how one handles it. Now I can say that not just the coffee is amazingly good but the coffee company itself is also, Thank you!

The coffee flavors are excellent and the k cups are 100% recyclable which is the only way I feel comfortable using k cups. Silver Bridge uses only fair trade organic coffees & the sample tastings at farmers markets are delicious! This coffee company is perfect in every way!
