I have enjoyed this coffee since visiting a festival in Ohio where they had samples. I live in TN so I have to order it online. They are quick to get you your order. Recently, there was an issue with my order. They were so kind, handled it in a timely manner, and corrected it in a tangible manner. Anyone can make a mistake, but the mark of true extraordinary character is how one handles it. Now I can say that not just the coffee is amazingly good but the coffee company itself...
I ordered coffee on a Saturday evening. The coffee was delivered to my door Tuesday morning! The fast shipping itself was AMAZING! I would still be a happy buyer if fast shipping was the best thing about this brand, but the coffee was so so delicious. Just happy all around!!
Bought the Southern Pecan ground coffee at the Athens Farmers Market, and it did not disappoint! I can say with 100% certainty that this is the first store bought coffee I have ever truly liked
