This is the first time I every complainted about Smitty pizza BEEN BUYING STUFF FOR YEARS
Order 1 TACO SALAD. END UP WITH 2 TACO SALAD THE CORN CHIPS WAS STALE BARE ANY TACO MEAT ALSO ORDER TACO PIZZA WAS NOT THAT GREAT ICE CREAM COOKIE WAS GREAT 👍 BROWNIE NOT HOME MADE BUT WAS GOOD

Smitty's you used to be so good. I live two blocks away from your Marietta store, so I used to get it a lot. Last night was the first time I had ordered in a very long time because I know the quality had gone downhill. The three topping pizza that I got last night for 26 bucks was barely edible. The crust was so overworked and tough that we could barely chew it. On top of that it barely had any sauce on it. You'll never get another dollar from me

I feel it’s my responsibility to let y’all know a Smitty’s driver at this location got real close to committing vehicular manslaughter in a Smitty’s company truck. Really really wish this review was a joke. Y’all need help. Or possibly to close down all together. They used to employee sweet people here… writing this Only as a warning for anyone ordering delivery from this location, be careful. I wouldn’t want them to have my address, personally.

Witnessed a driver of Smitty's recklessly driving 50 mph at least down a residential street with children outside not carrying that if he lost control he could kill a child I called the store to speak with a manager and let them know about their drivers recklessness and I was told they are trying to get orders out and they are short drivers there is never an excuse to break the law and put people's lives at risk it's just Pizza

I had a sub the roast beef to be exact the guy on the phone super friendly delivery time in the rain on a Friday was great ! The sandwich was even better but the best part would haft to be the super great delivery guy with the biggest smile unbothered by the weather , best vibe

Walked and none of the 4 people there said a word. Had a pickup order that was ready but took them 10 minutes to ring me up even though people weren’t doing much. Asked for extra toasted subs. 1 came out soggy and the other had like 4 slices of meat on a 12” sub. Wings were not too bad though.
Great local pizza. I had them make a pizza for me with special instructions. They did a fantastic job. Good job Smitty's.

Vincent location*** Absolute terrible experience! Pickup time was supposed to be 30 min after order was placed, we were left waiting an additional 30 minutes. Attaching photos to show receipt and many errors! Nachos(ordered without tomatoes) came with, so those cannot be ate by who ordered them. No pizza sauce for mozzarella sticks. Wings were ordered PLAIN with hot sauce on the side- came completely sauced. The 3 kids who wanted them plain, couldn’t even have any. The CBR pizza came with ranch/cheese on less than half of the pizza! Literally over half was just plain pizza crust with chicken and bacon on top. Paid $90 to have the worst quality food I have ever received from Smittys. Added to that, the 3 girls up front had no clue what we ordered, if we even paid for it, or what the kitchen was sending out to us. They were too busy talking and being on their phones.

Smitty’s in Lowell messed up my son’s ribeye steak sub and didn’t put extra cheese on breadsticks or give extra sauce like we ordered.
