Long time pizza establishment for Marietta and Reno. Very good pizza and excellent Italian hoagies. A must visit when you are in town.

Smitty's was a local favorite of mine for many years and I never had any complaints but after new ownership took over everything rapidly went downhill (quality wise) in my view. The pizza is horrible, the portions of the subs shrunk dramatically and so did several other things on their menu, and they charge a "convenience fee" to place orders online. I wish I had side by side comparison photos of how large their stuff used to be verses what it looks like now. Never again!

The lady at the counter was very nice. Dough and cheese are like chewing rubber. The sauce is good, it tastes ok, just too rubbery. I wouldn't eat it again. ..... oh , and why would anyone cut a round pizza into square pieces lol, thats not a complaint but it is weird and nonsensical

It took almost two hours for my food to arrive. When it did, the food was cold and the shakes were melted. When I tried to call the restaurant, I got no response or call back. Honestly, it was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

No. Ordered two different subs tonight. Ham and cheese and pizza sub. Ham cheese had ham so "grisslely" that you could hardly chew it. Pizza sub was advertised on menu has having pepperoni. Not sure only two rounds qualifies. They do not taste the same. So disappointed.

I am not ordering from here again. I used to be a regular customer but here in the past year the quality has went downhill. I decided to order subs tonight. I ordered a ham and cheese no lettuce extra tomato and a club sub. The ham and cheese had lettuce, no mayo and no extra tomato ( was charged .40 extra for). The club sub only had about half the meat, no tomato and no mayo. I checked the receipt but it was as I ordered it. I don't know what is going on there but I am not ordering again!!

Customer service isn't great. It took an hour and a half to get delivery. When I called to check on the order they didn't seem to care that it was taking so long. The pizza is not good anymore and definitely not worth the wait or price.

I travel to Marietta, OH often for work as a truck driver. So I usually have to find delivery options if restaurants are not within walking distance from the motel. I Google local restaurants and find Smitty's and their menu. I call to place and order and get directed to call their other restaurant in Reno, OH that it's closer to the Baymont hotel. From the menu on Google, I order 2 what I thought was one size, ribeye steak sub, for 7.00 each. I asked for lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on both. Employee repeated my complete order back correctly and was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes for delivery. An hour and a half later I'm calling due to my food not being delivered. Was informed I needed to pay for the 2nd Ribeye sub due to a mistake when order was placed. When I asked for the total, it was 21.84, which is a bit more that 7.00x 2. I explained that their menu on Google was 7.00 and the employee said it was more for the large, which I didn't specify a size nor was I asked. Trying to understand mistake does happen, I received my order after I paid for the 2nd sub. When I peeled back the aluminum foil, it was nothing but meat on a bun. 43 bucks waisted!!!!
