food is good and prices are good but everytime i eat smittys i get food poisoning or stomach is upset the next few days

Only have 30 min lunch sat for 20 mins still no one to help take an order 3 different workers even saw me heard great things but didn’t get a chance to try…tried to order ahead got put on hold for several minutes as well Mabey another day in the future maybe

Has gone downhill. Not sure what changed. Been getting smittys for 40 years. Live out of town came home and got my favorite pizza. It was burnt, little cheese and toppings. Dough was flat. Somebody killed my Smitty’s pizza. Such a shame

Dude answers the phone and sounds like he hates his job we waited an hour and half for our food until we called and just decided to go get it ourselves instead of waiting for delivery. tried to order food a week ago and no one answered the phone even tho your website said you was still open I like your guys food but your guys customer service got to get better

Worst sub I ever had Italian sub little pepperoni hardly any ham lots of lettuce. Chef salad no hot peppers lots of lettuce 4little pepperoni. Last visit there!!!!

Definitely serves gluten free pizza. Their ice cream machine wasn't working for the ice cream I wanted but was able to compensate for what I ordered without issue.
Vegetarian options: All items are able to be made vegetarian if not already vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: This store definitely ensures they give you gluten free pizza if you need it and let's you know when they're out.
Parking: Not a huge parking lot but even when I was there for a birthday party, I didn't have problems parking
Kid-friendliness: I've had my son there and there's been birthday parties. Schools do tours
Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair individual would need assistance in and out of the front door, but could easily maneuver within the restaurant

Placed an online order to Smitty's in Reno where I order quite often, but after today it will be a while before I choose to do so again. My order was placed at 2:46pm. At 4:16pm I called to find out about my order and was told the driver just left with it. 25 mins later I called back because we still hadn't received it, and was told the printer for the online ordering had been jammed and they just now got my order, he apologized, said he would throw in a couple ice cream cookies, and it is top priority. At 5:08pm. I called back and was told the order was done and was waiting on a driver. At 5:36pm I called because we still hadn't received it, and canceled the order. At which time, conveniently, it was getting ready to go out the door. Waited 3 hours!!
