The drinks and food is amazing when you go through the drive through. I just went in the drive through and the service was rude. They hand you whatever you get and slam the drive through door as you are trying to talk with them.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience at this Starbucks was extremely disappointing, the worst customer service I’ve encountered. There was no greeting from the staff when I walked in. I stood there for a while, waiting for someone to ask if I needed help, but they just ignored me. Instead, they were busy making their own drinks and walked away from customers, even though the store and drive-through weren’t busy. This level of service is unacceptable. The staff clearly need more training to improve customer interactions If you have cameras in your store, you might want to review how your staff are treating customers.

Our experience was drive-through and it’s the best Starbucks experience we have had in a very long time at any location. They got our order exactly right and our Frappuccino‘s were perfect!

This is my second review for this very nice Starbucks. The staff immediately greeted you when entering the store and immediately took my order. I had ordered and later forgot something, and it was taken care of without any hesitation The staff that day had great customer service, with a smile

We just got three drinks and they didn’t get the order correct. We were ordering one drink that apparently the person on the speaker didn’t know existed. I wasted over $6 on a drink I didn’t try to order.

Extremely rude. Drinks were only 3/4 filled and didn’t get the waters I ordered. When trying to get their attention to ask for the waters, I was ignored. Absolutely ridiculous.
