This Subway is just as good as any Subway, but I like this location more because it’s quieter and more comfortable. It’s a nice place to sit and enjoy your meal.

I’m extremely disappointed and I’ll be calling back again tomorrow to try to reach a manager as I wasn’t able to reach one today because I was told there’s no weekend manager. I ordered two subs on Saturday, one for my husband and one for our son. I went to pick them up, the orders were pretty simple and straightforward. I get the food home and opened my husbands up and see it’s COVERED in black olives. My husband cannot eat olives and so I wrapped it back up, put it in the bag, and made sure the receipt was attached to the front. I go back to the restaurant and I let the woman know what was wrong, she immediately got an attitude and acted like she didn’t know what the problem was despite explaining it to her. I then told her again and showed her on the receipt, I never ordered olives on his. She proceeded with the negative attitude and it got to the point I didn’t even want her making a new sandwich and I didn’t get my money back, I threw my hands up and turned to leave. I knew then i would be calling customer service and the manager. She then starts insulting me and cursing at me and at that point, I had had enough. I responded back and told her what I thought and told her I would be calling her manager. She was still yelling and screaming at me and proceeded to flip me off. She will be clearly seen on their cameras if they choose to look and do something about the situation, which I would appreciate. So not only did the sandwich not get remade but I didn’t get my money back from her mistake but I had to place the same exact order to replace my husbands sandwich from the subway restaurant down the street and had to pay AGAIN. So I paid double because of her mistake and nasty attitude.

Normally I avoid subways because usually they take way too long to prepare the food and get it to me. But not at the subway they're respectful kind courteous and they prepare your food quickly no waiting here. And the ladies that I met working in there and the conversations I've held are very kind inviting.
