We went in and ordered 10 chicken soft tacos and 10 beef soft tacos. We only received 5 of each. We went back and the workers stated that the receipt only showed 5 each but the receipt stated 10 each. They made us pay for 10 more tacos instead of just giving us what we ordered.

This taco bell is great when it's great and bad when it's bad. Their food is either so fresh and delicious and they have everything OR it's old, stale and they are missing most items. Great staff, though! They're always kind & accommodating! Clean restaurant. It's my go to TBell.
I got a nacho bell grande. I always order it with extra cheese but hardly ever get it. It's usually mostly chips. On December 22,2023 I ordered a nacho bell grande w/extra cheese,didn't get it but what I did get was a hair in it. I called and talked to a manager and asked if they were required to wear hair nets. His response was no we are not if your hair doesn't come below your shoulders. My response was and that's why customers find hair in their food. I'm sorry but anyone who works in food service should be wearing hair nets and gloves. It is just unacceptable not to.

Girlfriend was sick and feeling hungry about 2:00 in the morning drive to Taco Bell making sure what she wants on the phone while I'm the drive thru cause she couldn't make up her mind employees seemed rushy even though I was the only one there ordered crunch wrap supreme soft and hard tacos and a large Dr pepper pull up guy seems smirky another guy in the back ground almost looked like he was fixing his pants particularly his belt I asked for a mango sweet tea which he don't charge me for didn't even act like i was supposed to pay him for the meal obviously acting nervous so I hand him a twenty for the eleven dollars at which point he's like damn I forgot. Get home and the crunch wrap was soggy and practically falling apart with an unusual fifty cent sized hole in the top of it I've worked Taco Bell before and have eaten it for years and got to tell ya something wasn't right ? ?. Wouldn't let her eat it.

Nice place to stop. Very nice and understanding employees and a very clean restaurant. The only issue is we couldn't get something that is not served in florida but served in Ohio, chilli cheese burritos ? It had been yrs since we had one n was really looking forward to it. Ended up getting them in Streetsboro, Oh.

My last review was Abt how the workers were the most rude people I've ever came across. I now want to say they have do e a complete 180 . My order was a little messed up and when I went back they went beyond making up my troubles. You guys are amazing. This is how you r supposed to treat the customer. Keep it up y'all.
