visited Tim Hortons today for breakfast and was very disappointed with the service I received. My croissant sandwich with bacon was served cold, and I had to go back to the counter to ask for a new one. When I politely explained the issue, I was told that the food is not warmed before serving and that the bacon is cooked in the morning and then left on a tray all day.
This was shocking to hear and left me feeling disgusted and very disappointed. I have been a long-time customer and have never before received cold food at Tim Hortons, so today’s experience was completely unacceptable.

After my wife went through the drive-thru and came home with her strawberry donuts missing, I decided to put in a uber eats order to get her the donuts she drove all the way to Tim Hortons for. Well come to find out, they AGAIN forgot her strawberry filled donut and instead put in a chocolate cream one. I can understand if a mistake is made once but back to back within 15 minutes is unacceptable to me.

The coffee tastes horrible at this location. Either they don't make it properly, don't make fresh coffee often enough, or the local water tastes bad so the coffee tastes bad also. It seemed watered down and burnt and not the quality I am used to from Tim Hortons. It smelled like burnt tea but I took a sip anyway and immediately threw it away

Very clean, donuts were fresh even though it was 4 pm. They tasted like the ones that come already made from a factory, but still good. Iced coffee was good.

Tim Horton has the best sweet tea. I’ve tried 3 times at this store and it always has a really bad taste like they used a coffee machine to make it. No other store makes it like this. Believe me I’ve been to them all around here. Please start making the sweet tea like you used too.

Usually love this location, good food and beverages. Not sure why but lobby doors locked today, Sunday, February 9th, 2025, at around 6:30AM. Also, times stated on door of location does not appear to match the time posted on Google Maps. Hopefully all is well with staffing, etc. I will return and still give a good review as it may have just been a one-time occurrence. Thank you!
