The Town House hosted us for a private birthday party and I cannot rave enough about the experience we had. The room was clean and comfortable, the catering was delectable, and the staff were top-notch. I highly recommend them for events and catering. And of course, their regular menu is great as well.

Pretty typical bar food the bison burger was very good, nice patio wait staff was very good if you want a good burger and a beer perfect spot.
Our group of eight people sat outside. The food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was fun and friendly.

I went in to pick up a DoorDash order, which was already prepared and sitting on the counter near the grill. I attempted twice to get the attention of the staff to confirm whether both bags belonged to my order, as I didn’t want to risk missing items or accidentally taking someone else’s food. Unfortunately, both employees at the ignored me completely.
When I finally asked the cook, he seemed unsure and had to call over another employee, who rummaged through the bags before confirming the order. The cook then pushed the bags back toward me.
The order included two bags and three drinks, but no carrier was provided, nor did anyone offer assistance in making it easier to carry. This lack of consideration made the pickup unnecessarily difficult.
Overall, the customer service was very poor. Delivery drivers play a role in helping businesses increase sales, yet experiences like this—where employees are dismissive, unhelpful, or outright rude—make the process frustrating for both drivers and customers.

First time visit. Dinner with family. We sit outside which was very quaint. Our waitress was so super sweet and helpful. My husband ordered the fish and chips which he said was ok. My sis ordered the nachos with ground beef, they left A LOT to be desired. Visually they looked…just sad. I ordered 6 wings and they were great! The manager offered a discount for the nachos. All in all I would absolutely come back and would recommend.
