They are a good Asian Buffet. The price is as reasonable as you can expect. We eat there fairly often, so I have seen times when they are having problems and unable to keep up with demand. If I am patient, they will usually get around to refilling empty steam trays. There are certain times to avoid, like when they first open because you get reheated leftovers and sometimes, they seem to throttle the shrimp output when they have a lot of customers for dinner time. they have okay food and service most of the time, but last night we had a server that would not listen. As she was cleaning up plates, she took my 5 year old's spoon and started feeding him rice from his plate that he was done with despite me waving my hand and clearly saying "no, he's done" twice, and he was too polite to feel comfortable saying no himself. I know they may be trying to provide good service, but it was too much for us. Their hands were constantly over the table, we could even talk to each other.
When we had a second plate, they quickly came over with the bill, as if to say we were done.
While eating, someone was yelling at someone in the kitchen. that is VERY inappropriate and not very good for setting a mood.
This will likely be our last time there. we have eaten there in the past, but no more.

The ice cream stand is a great way to finish the meal, though it's best to arrive early as the machine may be shut down for cleaning closer to closing time. The restaurant also offers an extensive and unique dessert table, as well as a fresh salad bar, with the tomato cucumber salad being a must-try.
The atmosphere is better than other Hong Kong buffets, and the staff, although not always fluent in English, are friendly and attentive. The cuisine is authentic and of high quality, with Mandarin being spoken throughout the restaurant. The cookies are so good. The shrimp and chicken and rice are delicious. The ice cream machine is really easy to use and the ice cream is amazing. There is a nice variety of food to choose from. The place was clean and our waiter kept our water glass filled and empty plates cleaned off the table. The lunch buffet runs 11.95 from 11 to 3pm. After 3pm is 13.95. For the price point, hard to beat.
