We were only car in line, no one behind us either, placed our orders and drove up to window. Waited over 10 minutes and never saw anyone! No one ever came to take our money or to even acknowledge us being there. Pitiful service, hence we drove down the road to Jersey Mike's where we were greeted with a smile and had great tasting subs! With other sub venues in Marion, Jimmy better step it up or he won't last much longer!!

Tonight was my first time going so I struggled a bit with the menu. I asked for my sandwich to be In a meal and she charged me for my sandwich and a large drink separately. And then refused to make it a meal with no chips or pickle. I will not be going back. Worst experience ever.

First and last time going here Came here tonight with my fiance and soon to be father-in-law the service itself was not bad the food on the other hand was quite opposite my fiance and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch the chicken was very dry and they're putting no ranch on it whatsoever and the bread was extremely hard like it had been sitting out all day venture here at your own risk just be advised don't expect to get fresh bread or ranch on your chicken bacon ranchp

The staff was very friendly; however, the staff did not ensure if I wanted any other toppings before my sandwich was made. This location's menu inside was confusing and I always add mayo and peppers to my sandwich but forgot this time to mention mayo and peppers. Plus, I am familiar with my home town Jimmy Johns that always ask if I am ok with the toppings that come with the sandwich or do you need to add more.

The service was good. We were waited on right away. The cashier made a recommendation on how we could order exactly what we wanted but save some money. It was $30 for 3 adults to eat (no combos, just 2 sandwiches, a wrap and one pickle. We ordered to go and were out the door within five minutes, or just over. Located on St Rt 95 at the US 23 southbound exit ramp. In front of Aldi / across from Bob Evans.Parking: Small parking lot but I’m sure it’s plenty. It seems like most people use the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Yes, kid friendly

Service here has consistently been getting worse. Service is slow. When you order, the people taking your order often question your order as if the product doesn’t exist showing they have had poor training on the menu. It takes 5-10 minutes at the window to get food. Today it took 15 minutes for two wraps with no special options except asking for no mayonnaise. “Freaky fast” is the mission here, please train the staff. When we come here there’s employees everywhere but work ethic seems to slack. Please train the employees and drive accountability. Reward good work ethic and fire or write up poor ethic.Also, there’s a few burnt out letters in the sign.
