The staff was very friendly; however, the staff did not ensure if I wanted any other toppings before my sandwich was made. This location's menu inside was confusing and I always add mayo and peppers to my sandwich but forgot this time to mention mayo and peppers. Plus, I am familiar with my home town Jimmy Johns that always ask if I am ok with the toppings that come with the sandwich or do you need to add more.
The service was good. We were waited on right away. The cashier made a recommendation on how we could order exactly what we wanted but save some money. It was $30 for 3 adults to eat (no combos, just 2 sandwiches, a wrap and one pickle. We ordered to go and were out the door within five minutes, or just over. They tried but after waiting to be served and then waiting longer than usual for our sandwiches, the young woman had our order wrong. They corrected one of the sandwiches but mine was right; it just didn't taste good.
