The food was good but long wait. They seemed short on staffing. The bathroom was dirty, and one of the two stalls didn't lock or stay closed. There are no paper towels or working dryer.
It's been a while since I've been to a steak 'n shake, so I don't know if it's been like this for long but I've never had to order on a touch screen, that was weird.
