I feel like these photos of expectation vs reality tell you all you need to know. The first picture is from their online menu for cheesy garlic bread. What we received tasted like microwaved cheese on bread with not even the faintest hint of garlic. The pizza we got was mid at best. Floppy, greasy, and ketchup like sauce.
Service was great, food was ready in 20 minutes. I get the impression this is a recipe/ingredients problem moreso than an employee one.

Super glad we gave this pizza place a try! The pizza was delicious - so hot and flavorful and yummy. Some of these reviews make me laugh - I would much rather have a thin, foldable, NY style crust than a stiff, burnt cardboard pizza, lmao. Cultured individuals will appreciate it. I like how you can specify exactly what you want when you order online. There are options for crust thickness, toppings, cooking time, etc. The only thing I wish they had was options for pizza with buffalo or BBQ sauce with no meat. I love a vegetarian BBQ pizza, but unfortunately the website gave no option to get the sauce without meat on the pizza. Either way, the regular cheese pizza was fantastic!

I have had this pizza in Kentucky and missed it. Also for anyone who has acid reflux like I do I noticed that this pizza doesn't hurt my stomach at all . No late night burn , not sure why but I normally can't have tomato paste after 6pm or I'll get sick. Great pizza , costs alot for 19 inches but way worth it for left overs !

I work at the local hospital and we always get the special of the XL large pizza and we love it. We always have a great experience and they always provide us with plates and napkins and we always get hot food.
My daughter wanted pizza on the way back from the Columbus Zoo and this was on the way home for us. We were both blown away at how good the food was! And the staff was very friendly, inviting, and attentive! We are not from this area, but we will be back JUST for this pizza! Super good!

Giovanni's is fantastic. The staff helped make my husband's birthday party a memorable one. The only negative thing that I can think of is that they need a sign near the road. Our out of town party guests had a difficult time finding it, and Google didn't help.

Food is good. Just received text message from them for a discount. I never gave them permission to do this. Disrespect me and just lost a customer. I wonder if they are selling my information as well. Do not use a credit card there. I would not trust it. I would not recommend.
