About The Old Bag of Nails Pub | Marysville

The Old Bag of Nails Pub is a relaxed, pub-style restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. It offers a solid menu with popular items like fish & chips, hamburger, and clam chowder, which is highly praised. The all you can eat shrimp on Wednesdays is a favorite, prepared and cooked well, with a good selection of draft beers and cocktails. The carrot cake is highly recommended, described as divine and a must-try. The restaurant features an outdoor patio with a great vibe and plenty of space to relax. The service is often praised, with attentive waitstaff and bartenders, especially for their top-shelf drinks like Tom Collins. While the food is generally good, some reviews mention that the fries can be inconsistent and the inside of the restaurant may need a good cleaning. Overall, it’s a popular spot for casual dining and drinks, especially for regulars who enjoy the outdoor patio and friendly service.

Best place to have a nice beer!

Stopped here tonight for a non traditional Cinco de Mayo dinner. Great service by Lauren. She also made a fantastic Grapefruit Jalapeño margarita and an incredible top shelf long Island iced tea. I make long islands at home and Lauren's was the closest I've had to "homemade"!

We attempted to eat here on Friday night. We waited at the front for about 15 minutes before we were seated. We then waited another 15 minutes at our table without being waited on. We ended up walking out. They seemed to be very understaffed. We returned on Saturday at lunch to give it another go. We were seated immediately. The service was a bit better. Food was decent.
