It isn't just this McDonald's, it's becoming all of them. Service is extremely slow. Accuracy is off regularly. Price for what you get is a little too high. Eliminating and avoiding customer interaction is the beginning of their downfall i feel and it's unfortunate. Definitely not the place it used to be..

This is one of the worst McDonald's in Marysville. They constantly get orders wrong, forget items, only give you 1 napkin total and when you go thru the drive thru they make you pull ahead just to make you wait longer so they can have good drive thru times on paper. They need to do better
We went inside to order. It took 11 minutes to get our food. They were not very quick for being fast food. The drive thru seems to be their priority for sure. Fries were hot but the burgers were just okay. The employees were not attentive to customers at the counter at all.

It's a good thing my husband checked our order before leaving because food items were left out, which seems to be happening repeatedly now. Also, when he arrived home and we began to eat the meal, we noticed the food was cold, the fries seemed old and shriveled, and the sweet tea lacked consistency. For some reason you cannot get it right like you used to. One day the tea is too light, too weak and resembles sugar water and another day it is too strong, dark and bitter. Nobody gives a flying flea about consistency and putting out good food anymore.
