The staff at this location are always happy and friendly to talk to. The owner on the other hand does not follow through on what she says. The day before Mother's day we bought a $25 gift card for the gift card promotion. For some reason we didn't get the promotion, I called the location after I noticed, spoke to the owner said she would add the promotion to my account and if it doesn't go through by the following day call back and ask for her. I was in a car accident right outside scooters today. The sweetest young man came over what felt like immediately, offering help in any way he could. He ended up brining a water and some donuts for my 3 year old son. I am still in shock about the entire situation but cannot go without making sure this young man was given the kudos for just being an amazing human today! Thank you, and I am so sorry I didn’t get your name to ensure you got the message.
