Absolutely incredible. I waited to come here because I just thought “deli meat, blah”. That is so not true…. It is incredible. The mixture of meat, seasonings, and sauce are perfectly combined and then served on the softest most delicious buns/bread. EPIC! Don’t be like me and wait… go now…. It’s worth it!
Hungry fo a sammich on the way home, Des Bois got their Yeasty on. It was our first time so we took it slow with a Bleu Hamsterdam and a Chroma Salami.
We smashed it, flipped it up and reversed it mid-hoagie too - we didn’t want anyone to catch feelins.

My sandwich was delicious and was better than expected. Service was great. The dirty pops was on point. And they even let me try a new flavor they haven't come out with yet. Definitely recommend this place.
