Drive thru window lady today was terrible! Barely said anything and when handing out the food didn’t say ONE WORD! Obviously I know it’s fast food but seriously, if you are THAT bad with people, then get a new job!

i order a beef cheeder on reg bun abeef cheeder meal and a chicken did not get my extra sandwich have been at hospital so i had to do with out and havent ate today it 3 and will not until i get home for the night very unhappy and pop is not pop

I had a wonderful experience visiting while I worked the tennis ? tournament in Mason. I had one of the best Ruben sandwiches ? it was take out order on my way to work.

Said they don't put red ranch on beef & cheddar, then there was hardly any cheese sauce on it. Also said no fish sandwiches because its out of season, isnt it summer, the time you fish. Makes no sense. And the lady was so rude & nasty that we even came in the restaurant.

Great deals when ordering on line
Employees really tried, but slow service and so many customers had to come back due to incorrect orders. Food was great once the order was filledGreat food, as always! Employees need customer service training... greeting customers and saying "thank you" should be required!!!!

I stopped here on my way to Kentucky to see my grandson be born. It was a race against time since I was 5 hours away. The lady that waited on me was sweet and we talked some. Told her I was on a mission. She congratulated me on my new Grandson and proceeded to buy my meal. What an awesome blessing ? ? thank you beautiful angel. She even took a picture with me! I went to the car and cried because I've never had that happen to me like that. Thank you sweet angel

Ordered two fish sandwiches with only cheese.My truck is loud so maybe they didn't hear me. But I returned to the drive-thru just by putting it in reverse backing up.I gave them the two fish sandwiches notified them that they had lettuce and mayonnaise on them and they were supposed to be plain.I apologize because it was probably my loud truck.They took the sandwiches back there and they waited I guess because when I got the sandwiches back it was the exact same sandwiches but they flipped over the fish filet and threw a slice of cheese on top of it to cover up the mayonnaise and then put it back on the same or maybe a new bun.Was pretty obvious.I can't stand the taste of mayonnaise so now I have a mayonnaise flavored fish sandwich times two with no mayonnaise on it
