I was disappointed by the service during my visit this evening. The behavior of the staff, particularly our server Tyler, gave off unwelcoming and seemingly discriminatory vibes. The manager did follow up and offered to comp the item that was incorrectly prepared; however, he appeared disinterested and dismissive during our conversation. He sided with his server, asserting that his serveris a good guy and a friend, and said that the issue was unique to our table since he had no problems with other customers. This dismissive attitude and perceived bias significantly dampened our appetite to the extent that we neither finished our meal nor took it to go. The lack of attentiveness and favoritism shown towards the server spoiled our dining experience.

We went between lunch and dinner, which wasn't the best time. We were seated in the bar without being asked. The music was uncomfortably loud. Thankfully, our food was served fresh and hot. Our server was busy covering the tables with tablecloths and setting up for dinner. We weren't given the fresh parmesan when our entrees came. The spaghetti and meatballs were good. The eggplant parmesan had only a tablespoon of marinara, and the linguine served with it was very bland with only a dash of olive oil to coat them.

We visited for the first time tonight for my mom’s 50th birthday and had an amazing experience. Our server, I think her name may have been Conner? Went above and beyond to make sure we were all helped and we had a pretty large party. We also lost a balloon that floated to the ceiling and the staff brought out a ladder and got the balloon down. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I could not have had a better experience at a restaurant. Food was prompt for the size of the party and everything tasted amazing.

I recently dined (for the first time ever) at Bravo with my family. Our server was outstanding and the lasagna was very good. The only friendly suggestion I have is for the menu description to specify that the lasagna has sausage in it because I don’t usually like sausage in my lasagna however it was still very good and the portion was huge.

Ms. Deanna was my server and she is the absolute best. Not only did she help me get to exactly what I wanted but I didn't even know what I wanted I just told her what I was looking for and she supplied all of the things that's fit what I wanted perfectly. I absolutely recommend her and her expertise. She deserves a raise for sure and an unlimited meal card ☺️ Thank you so much Ms. Deanna for a wonderful lunch experience.

I totally forgot the taste of an amazing salad until today when I visited Bravo Italian kitchen. This restaurant has the best salads. Come.and see for yourself. Totally worth it.

I've been to this location a few times & while the food & atmosphere is impressive, they have a bartender/server who is absolutely amazing, her name is Deeana. Being in the restaurant business myself for several years, I don't think I've seen anyone work like she does, with such accuracy and always a smile on her face, no matter how busy it is. I don't know who found her, but she's a keeper! Great Job!!
Dee, is the best bartender. She's the best person you can ever that you can experience in service. She has selflessness. And exceeds any expectations that you have. They have great choices. Sit at the bar if you come here!
