“Delicious little boba and rolled ice cream shop! We stopped by shortly after opening on a Sunday and it was quick and easy to order and get our items.We tried the Strawberry Oolong Fruit Tea with Passionfruit Popping Boba; also tried the Banana Pudding rolled ice cream with several toppings. Everything was delicious and they had a wide variety of fun toppings and flavors to add on! Staff was awesome and service was fast. There’s seating right outside the building or a little open seating area right around the corner with chairs and umbrellas.Highly recommend if you’re in the area!!“

“Expensive, but really, really tasty. As a boba newbie, they never made me feel out of place. Boba are pleasantly chewy while the coffee popping bubbles are delightfully crisp. Atmosphere is pretty bland, but as a 'get a drink and go' place it doesn't impact the experience at all.“

“As someone from the Bay Area, I need my boba fix every now and then and this place is one of the best boba place around. My go-to order is their black sugar milk with pudding and boba; I recently tried their black sugar milk with mochi and boba, which was pretty good. Their food items are also ? their popcorn chicken is great.
I also recommend trying their Mochi donuts -- my favorite flavor is the black sesame.

Parking: Plenty of parking in shared lot.“

“My favorite boba and Asian dessert shop so far! It is very conveniently located, only a 10-minute drive away.

I am curious as to why they do not offer non-dairy milk options. Many Asians are lactose intolerant, and it would be great if they could accommodate this dietary restriction.

I have another favorite boba shop in downtown, but they tend to make their drinks overly sweet. Hopefully, Tsaocha allow customers to adjust the sweetness level of their drinks!“

“I have been looking for a good quality boba tea place and this is the place. They use real taro paste instead of the powder which is richer in flavor and honestly the price is pretty good. All around a chill nice place to sip some boba and relax. I got the dirty milk boba and she got the yummy taro with lychee jelly“

“Fabulous steaming hot bowls of Pho with fresh Thai basil, bean sprouts and lime wedges for toppings. That, and hoisin suace, fish sauce, Sriracha, and soy sauce to mix in. ALWAYS try the broth first before adding anything to it as a sign of respect for the chef. The broth is the key for any good Pho and this was amazing!“

“OMG!!!! Best boba ever I like to try new boba places and leave my review. This place by far has the best tea and crepes I have ever had. Now the boba is just perfect it is not to chewy and it is not to hard. I recommend the brown sugar milk with regular tapioca pearls!!! I have to keep coming here and the funny thing is is that I am driving 45 minutes here for some drink.“

“5/5 for quality and service. I ordered a fruit cake for my daughter’s birthday. They were quick to respond and very helpful. The cake was a huge hit. One of the kids typically eats around cake frosting and eats just the cake itself, and she couldn’t get enough of this frosting! This wasn’t out first time at Queens Bakery, we’ve gotten some beads and bubble teas several times and they are always amazing. My daughter loves the Mango Milk. Both locations have fantastic service.“
