Entered the establishment tonight near closing and waited in line to order (one group ahead of us). When we reached the tablet to order, an employee rather rudely stated “Yo, we aren’t taking anymore orders.” Totally understand it’s maybe been a long day. I would be more understanding had we attempted to enter the store at 10:00, however there seemed to be no remorse for turning away a customer. The products are great, the customer service is sadly lacking.

I have been a Crumbl supporter for a while but man has that changed. So for Christmas, I got a $25 gift card to crumble so I thought it went by a way to treat myself then to buy a six pack of cookies. I got the cookies and they were all hard like hard to bite into could hardly break them in half so we took them back to the store and the employees said there is Nothing they could do about it and they are sorry I don’t like my cookies. Except they are the ones who made them and they should be the one sorry for making and serving a bad cookie. They did not offer a refund or to make new cookies. They basically established they didn’t want us in the store anymore and there’s nothing they could do,
