Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich basket plus a small concrete. Total $20. The cost alone is ridiculous for fast food, but it gets wrose. The chicken sandwich was cold throughout and nearly frozen in the center. And my concrete was half melted by the time I got it and had a gritty texture. For $20!? Oh I was pissed... but I'd traveled too far away from the store by the time I realized it all, and calling and speaking to two managers was a complete waste of time. I was offered a meal coupon - but why would I want a coupon to risk getting a similar disappointing meal!? Terrible experience.

If I could give the ice cream zero stars, I would. Totally melted when served. Like chocolate pecan caramel gazpacho.
This is the second time I have been served melted ice cream at Culver’s. (Which is 2 for 2- we don’t live near one, so the family likes to visit when we road-trip through the Midwest.) Two strikes in a week, and I consider that OUT.
(Also, was served cold cheese curds. Cold cheese curds, warm ice cream- not the fast food indulgence I was looking for.)
Staff was professional, so no complaints there. Floors were sticky, but that is to be expected.

First time here! Very pleasant experience. Food came out so quick I was confused 😅 but it was awesome. Food was hot and fresh! AND the root beer was the best root beer I've ever had. And I love a crinkle cut fry 😏
The food never disappoints. Everything has been enjoyable. Their butterburgers are good for sure and the spicy chicken might be the best in the business but lately I've been getting the very satisfying and filling pork tenderloin sandwich.

Staff was helpful in bringing things out and taking our trash tray back. Food was very good. Somehow ended up with fries instead of onion rings and they gave us onion rings to fix the order right away. They have a veggie burger option which looked good.

Food was okay, fries are good, veggie burger was mid. My drink( Chocolate milk) however was already opened and half empty. Luckily the staff was kind enough to replace it. But still gives me the ick that my drink was opened in the first place
