They were closed when we had arrived. They were located inside Great Wolf Lodge in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Super slow service, even for just a black coffee first thing in the morning. Have to use a touch screen or app to order which is difficult and makes for pissed off customers and a bad experience.

No person to take order, must use touch screen. Touch screen is barely functional, doesn't let you adequately choose donuts if buying more than 1. App has more capabilities there, but still lacking. But, not like you've a ton of choice.

Really really wanted an iced coffee after our morning swim. Went at 2:30p and was told they closed at 2pm even though Google says they're open until 7pm. 2pm is way too early to close in an establishment with 100s of tired parents with small children. Every other restaurant in Great Wolf Lodge is open till 10:00 or 11:00 p.m.- and they won't serve iced coffee since there's a Dunkin here!

No real issues at this Dunkin. Ordered on the Great Wolf Lodge app and picked up our food when they said it was ready in the morning. Everything was very good.

Yesterday I came 15 minutes before closing for black coffee and I been told they are out and they not making anymore because they about to close, shame, this afternoon I asked for black coffee but they don't expect cash only room charge (great wolf lodge) we already checked out so can't charge the room, I have no card only cash and they not except cash so no coffee, it's a shame that businesses get bad reviews just because bad management and employees who don't care, will not be back not for coffee and not for the water park

The foods alright, could be better. You wait for a WHILE for the food, there’s really long queues. The real kick in the bucket for this restaurant is that as soon as you reach the counter you can see about 3 ants on a SINGLE munchkin, that’s right, not a donut, a single munchkin. That’s only the visible side too. If you want to buy a donut, buy the box with a dozen in them, otherwise you get a half-ant-eaten donut. (My photo doesn’t show anything because there was a little girl in front of me and I didn’t wanna seem like a creep so I didn’t really get the time to take the photo)

I thought Dunkin’ was supposed to be better than star bucks but being told “25 min wait time for everybody right now” when you’re waiting for just 2 regular coffees is ridiculous

Never refunded my order as promised $17.13 waited too long and cancelled order they wrote it down and said they would cancel and refund but never did

Absolutely horrible service. Have to use kiosk and options for donuts a aren’t on screen. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Witnessed several people struggling to get help and watched as worker simply rolled her eyes at manager instead of helping customer. I’m a devoted Dunkin’ woman and WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DUNKIN AGAIN!! Been to Great Wolf Mason 16 times and this is absolutely the worst reflection on the resort

Avoid This Dunkin’ at Great Wolf Lodge – Absolute Disaster

If you’re staying at Great Wolf Lodge and thinking of grabbing a quick bite from Dunkin’, don’t. This location is an absolute mess.

I waited an hour for a simple order, only to finally get it and realize it was completely wrong. There is little to no customer service.

The ordering process is another nightmare. If you want a dozen donuts, the kiosk (which is the only way to order) won’t let you select how many of each type you want. Instead, you have to write it down on a scrap of paper and hope someone in the back sees it at some point over the next hour. Spoiler: they probably won’t.

This is easily one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever been to. The wait times are ridiculous and the ordering system is completely flawed. If you’re craving coffee or donuts, you’re better off looking elsewhere—this place isn’t worth the frustration.

Chewy breakfast sandwiches. Order screens show options that aren’t available. Order screens don’t show options that are available. Ordered 4 donuts. All of them were wrong. This is a gross option for breakfast. Eat at your own risk.

WHY does your website have the hours from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm if you’re only going to be open until 12:00 or whenever the employees decide to close. What’s the point? And I didn’t get anything because every time I tried they were closed. Whether the sign says closed at 2:00 or 7:00.
