We were a big group to serve. Server did a good job keeping up with all of us. Ordered the fish sandwich with onion rings. The food arrived warm, but tasted good. Shared a hot fudge cake. It did not disappoint!

First server wouldn't wait on our table because she had to get other tables done before the rush. We were one of 2 families in the entire restuarant. So, the manager took over. She was great. She has been there 12 years. Food was very subpar and overpriced. The only thing going for it was the manager who served us and the soundtrack. That's the only reason it gets a 1 ⭐

My daughter and I went in this morning for breakfast. Was there for about 40 minutes - other than being told to seat ourselves, no one came by our table despite every server looking at us. Every server appeared overwhelmed - which was odd as there was about 6 tables in the entire restaurant. The buffet had no pancakes or French toast and what was there had been there for a minute. Just ate with no drinks, then got attitude from the cashier like we were bothering her and paid $13 and change for the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. We actually got donuts after.

This restaurant was almost empty when we went in. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, 10 minutes later a waitress showed up and we had to ask for a menu. After ordering she brought our drinks, in reusable cups, and told us they were out of straws, so that’s just a no for me since you don’t know how well they wash their dishes, 40 minutes later we finally got our food, and they informed us that they were out of American cheese, so the burgers had shredded cheddar cheese on them, and the onion rings were cut to thick, so the onions were still crunchy. Definitely not a place to return to if you’re ordering off the menu.

Went twice in a few days stay at Cincinnati. Great food and amazing waitress. Went above and beyond in how attentive they were to everything we all needed. Very nice staff. Might go one more time even though I leave Cincinnati soon.
