I went during lunch and it was not too busy. Food came out quick. I appreciate the gluten free options! They used a good noodle sub for ramen instead of pho rice noodles so that’s really nice. I do think the broth needed more depth. I ordered the spicy miso, no egg and replaced the pork with chicken because of the soy sauce. Mushroom was extra $1.
Overall not bad at all! Would come back when craving ramen.

Overall the food was good, although the tonkotsu ramen was very salty and sweet. Noodles were tasty and the soft boiled eggs were perfect. I did not like the pork buns as they were also too salty. The shumai was perfect and the dipping sauce good. Wild try it again and maybe order different things.

I'd be more than happy to give this a 5 star review if it weren't for one glaring issue I noticed from the server while we were eating. She went to take our glasses of lemonade away from us to refill them in the back. I'm pretty sure that is a health code violation. I asked her to stop and she put my drink back. I later explained the situation to her and she was receptive to my feedback, but I just wanted to post this here so management could be made aware of the issue. The waitress should have brought me a fresh glass. She returned my husband's dirty glass from the kitchen with his used straw and everything. That's not sanitary. Food was wonderful, we had the Tantan(?) Spicy ramen and the ramen with the scallops and shrimp. Sweet potato fries and soft shell crabs were great, and waitress helped me pick out a spicy mayo to have with my fries which I really enjoyed. I'd really like to hear that this issue is resolved, because it was a really nice place!

Food: The waitress pointed out that the photos for the items on the menu were swapped. Items labeled "vegetarian" had pork and meat, however we found out that it meant the broth was vegetarian. We ordered from the menu with no alterations but received pork instead chicken. The ramen we got with tofu had cold tofu (clearly refrigerated and not steamed enough before adding to the broth). Noodles were cooked to the proper consistency, and portions were large and had a good amount of veggies. Waitress was able to address most questions. Dining area is small with noise echoing.

Vegetarian options: One vegetarian item on the menu. Several vegetarian brothers available for build-your-own ramen.

Good service, good food. We usually go with the ramen or miso. I have had the katsu and that is delicious.

I really want to like this place but everytime we go it's mid at best at worst they're rude or they are out of something. I don't know how to describe it better but it feels like they are not happy you're there and they want you out. Really weird vibe.

The staff we're very friendly. I say this many times, and it wasn't that they were gushing over me, but they seemed genuinely happy to have me there. Not just a pleasantry.I ordered the ramen bowl with lots of sesame. I asked how spicy it was, and the wires said medium, and I would agree. It was a little spicier than I would normally order, but I really enjoyed it.I will definitely go back to try other dishes. They have many sides or apps that look really good.

Vegetarian options: I am not vegetarian, but the menus clearly mentions which dishes are vegetarian & which are gluten free.

Parking: This restaurant within a more modern outdoor mall. The parking was a little tight due to the layout of the lot and some one-way areas within the lot. You can not see the name of the restaurant from the main street. It faces towrds other business further back.
