“I placed an order online however the third party delivery service could not deliver the order by the time I needed it. I tried to switch the order to pick up online but the online system would not allow it. I called the store and they took my order over the phone regardless of being in the middle of lunch time and they told me they would have it ready for pickup within the time frame that I needed. I was told my order of 13 sandwiches was too large for the system to accept it to be a pickup order as it was considered a catering sized order. It was frustrating, but not blaming the store workers for the online system. The staff was friendly and took an order on the short notice ,food was fresh and good.“
“The guys working were very friendly and helpful. Orders of which we had a larger order (5) was correct. My only somewhat complaint was that I had asked for a receipt and was told it would in the bag when picked up our order as they use it to make the order. I understand, however when we got back and opened the two bags there was not a receipt. Not a super big deal. We all make mistakes now and then.“
