“I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time. Despite extending the invitation to multiple coworkers, only SP accepted, so we browsed the restaurant's expansive menu on their website and quickly settled on our preferred sandwiches. I opted for the #4 Turkey Tom, while SP went with the #6 The Veggie. Since we were in the midst of a busy workday, we opted for the pickup option, and were pleased to discover that this particular JJ's location was just two miles away from our workplace. As I pulled into the restaurant's parking lot, I couldn't help but notice how empty it was during the typically busy lunch hour. However, once I stepped inside, I found myself in a cozy dining hall where all the tables and seats were arranged neatly on the side of one long wall, reminiscent of a museum exhibit. The decor on the walls was minimal but tasteful, resembling a work of art, and the walls themselves had a unique aesthetic appeal. The counter was located opposite the wall of tables, and was staffed by a friendly young woman who quickly and efficiently handed me my order, which was placed in a generic paper bag, with each sandwich thoughtfully wrapped in JJ's branded wax paper.Turning my attention to the food, I eagerly opened my #4 Turkey Tom to reveal a fresh and delicious sandwich. The ingredients were all expertly arranged, with the turkey, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, hot pepper, onion, oregano and basil, and HELLMANN’S® Mayonnaise nestled snugly between two slices of French bread. Each flavor was distinct and well-defined, yet combined perfectly to create a harmonious taste profile. The bread was soft and slightly sweet, the veggies were crisp and fresh, and the turkey was savory and satisfying. The HELLMANN’S® Mayonnaise added a light and complementary touch, while the oregano and basil added a pleasing herbal aroma. Sipping from my regular Fountain Diet Coke® provided a refreshing accompaniment to each delicious bite, and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my sandwich. It was a truly satisfying meal that I would rate a perfect 5/5.As for SP's #6 The Veggie, it was also a delicious masterpiece. It featured French bread, Provolone, avocado spread, cucumber, lettuce, and tomato, all without mayo. In addition, SP ordered a 20oz Bottle Sprite® and a bag of Jalapeño Jimmy Chips®, which we were both eager to sample. SP was effusive in her praise for the sandwich, describing it as fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, despite the absence of any meat. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and I couldn't wait to try the sandwich for myself during my next visit. After finishing her sandwich in record time, SP opened the bag of Jalapeño Jimmy Chips® and offered me some to sample. We both marveled at the savory and delicious taste, wondering what secret ingredients the chips might contain.Overall, JJ's proved to be a great value, offering cheap and delicious sandwiches that are fully customizable to suit each customer's preferences. The restaurant's menu is extensive, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the interior is clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and inviting space in which to enjoy a meal. While I did come across some negative reviews about the attitude of the staff, I personally experienced nothing but polite and efficient service during my visit. SP's recommendation of the restaurant did not disappoint, and I am grateful for her expertise and knowledge in the culinary world. I will continue to rely on SP's culinary guidance in the future!“
“I'm really surprised by the reviews I read from this location. I actually have been getting lunch here for the last 3 months since I started working at the office behind it. Today I decided to write a review for giving such great service every time I've been there. Both young men there tonight were working extra hard trying to fill orders, answer the phone, and make deliveries. They were also pleasent to the other customers in line ahead of me (they were busy). Visit was on 10/12 at 5:53pm, these team members are keepers.“
“This Jimmy John's location deserves a huuuuge shout out. My fiancé and I went to a concert at the Heritage Bank Center on a Wednesday night, and we decided to stop for a quick bite to eat at the Banks beforehand. We'd been planning on going to Burger Fi next door, but when we got in line there, the cashier told us it would be a 30-45 minute wait for our food. We definitely didn't want that, so we headed next door for our go-to favorite, Jimmy John's. JJ's was also busy, and totally understaffed given the amount of people hankering for sandwiches before the show. That said, everyone working here was professional, friendly, and "freaky fast." We had our sandwiches in less than 10 minutes, and were on our way to the concert shortly after that. Having worked in restaurants for years as well, I totally recognize and appreciate how calm and collected this team was, even though they had a line out the door. Our food was delicious (as always) -- but I really want this review to shout out the great customer service we received at this location. We'll certainly be back the next time we're down at the Banks.“
“So, me ( milo ) and my fiancé ( bear ) always order from this location because we really like the delivery driver : and we know they're good people who do good work. But today, we were given exceptional service. Not only did we have our questions answered in a timely and kind manner, but everything was delivered promptly ( considering how busy they were. ) My only concern, is them being so understaffed during such a busy time of year. Please, for the sake of these managers, delivery drivers, etc - get some more people on the clock.Once again, those who helped me ( for anyone who wants to fact check in upper management because I know how some of ya'll can be ) I ordered at 3:13 for two sandwiches and a pickle bucket, and I can say nothing except " Keep up the amazing work you two. " ?“
“My wife and I love to order delivery from this location. We have never had any issues with our orders. Always arrives quickly. Pricing is reasonable and they seem to use good quality ingredients. Great subs for a great price! Italian is delicious! Check it out!“

“The manger at this location is a rock star! She has the place so organized and actually helps the staff. Even if they tell you it might be a bit of a wait the food still comes out fast. Don’t ever let this manager go! Give the whole store a raise because they make a great team. Don’t ever let that manager go or it will be a great loss. “I order a customized veggie sandwich here for pickup via the app once a month and am always happy with it. Maybe I’ve always been lucky and had a good sandwich maker, or maybe they’re just all good. I don’t know. In any case, this JJ seems to be consistently good and I like that. Better than other JJs I’ve been to around Cinci for sure. I can always count on this location to make my sandwich right.“
