“This place is fine normally and especially if I am personally picking up, however, I have ordered delivery to my office the last two times and the food has just been dropped off in the lobby on a random
Table. Last time I just thought “hmm I was notified that it was out for delivery but seems to be taking a while (the store is almost literally across the street)” and just decided to go look in the lobby (because believe it or not this has happened to me a few times for other JJ orders at my office in Columbus) and there it was! Today I asked that they call/text. I got a silent ring that I actually tried to pick up immediately but it went to voicemail (not my doing) and the next thing I know I get a text with a picture of my food on the table again. This is terrible customer service. Anyone walks in that lobby. I can understand if I am making you wait a ridiculous amount of time to come and get it but this is a small office… but I never get a chance to do even that because it’s just left for anyone to come get it!“
“I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time. Thanks again, team!“

“So, me ( milo ) and my fiancé ( bear ) always order from this location because we really like the delivery driver : and we know they're good people who do good work. But today, we were given exceptional service. Not only did we have our questions answered in a timely and kind manner, but everything was delivered promptly ( considering how busy they were. ) My only concern, is them being so understaffed during such a busy time of year. Please, for the sake of these managers, delivery drivers, etc - get some more people on the clock.Once again, those who helped me ( for anyone who wants to fact check in upper management because I know how some of ya'll can be ) I ordered at 3:13 for two sandwiches and a pickle bucket, and I can say nothing except " Keep up the amazing work you two. " ?“
“I have to give a shout out for this JJ's customer service. I was visiting downtown Cincinnati with my husband and our car broke down in the middle of the city. While waiting for a tow truck, we called Jimmy John's and they hand delivered it to our car. We were so appreciative for them being able to bring us food because we couldn't leave our car (due to it being broken down in the middle of a no parking area).“
“It's basically a Subway or Jersey Mike's. The staff were very friendly and they do have very fast delivery if you are in their delivery area. They are a little pricey but not much different than Subway or Jersey Mike's. I recommend it“
