If you are looking for the new toasted subs,then skip this location. They don't toast anything. i couldn't even get my cheese slightly melted on my sandwich. Food was ok but disappointing after attending a function in Cincy,I am from Columbus,that I couldn't get a new toasted sandwich that is on the website.
The food is great when it is correct. This location just seems to struggle with having orders done in a timely manner. I almost always order ahead online, but lately maybe one out of three times the order is ready when I get there...and I'm not rushing to get there.
Jimmy John's is a great spot for a quick lunch with happy and helpful staff. They offer delicious vegetarian options like the avocado and cater to families with a kid-friendly environment. The firecracker wrap is a must-try, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure excellent service, even recognizing and thanking customers for their service. Recently, some customers noted changes in hours, mentioning a visit when the restaurant was preparing to close early. However, others appreciated their ability to accommodate special requests, such as an 8” just veggies sandwich with mustard, which received positive feedback for its taste. While some feel the prices are a bit high and the toppings could be more abundant, the quality of the food remains commendable. Highly recommended when in Cincinnati.
