Things must have changed since 6 years ago when staff was commended for their service. My experience though, the service was poor and employee attitudes came off as cold and unwelcoming. They do tend to put a lot of mayo on their sandwiches. But what really got me was the bits of tuna salad on my Italian sandwich. I'm not one to write poor reviews, but with such a promising location, you'd think the quality of service would be better.

I went to use the restroom because everywhere else was closed. I was greeted by a worker yelling at me saying I need to pay for something before I could use the restroom. I will never go back to a jimmy johns ever

Should've read reviews before ordering. What a garbage place with garbage people man. Oldest bread I've ever had, called to tell me the entire place was out of Mayo, said that's ok we will still order. Sandwiches arrived with no lettuce, cheese, Mayo, oil, vinegar. Called to tell them that and they said we know...? Offered a refund when I said yes please he hung up on me. Called back only to argue with me about not hanging up. -10/10.

Why not give the ticket number or the customers name when the order is ready? Why yell out the same exact order 30 other people have, give it to the wrong person and it add further confusion.

Glad I read the reviews before ordering lunch for the office today. Literally just scrolled through at least 30 negative reviews. Sounds like the management or someone needs to step in at this location. How is it even still open with all of these terrible reviews and photos of disgusting looking subs?!? I'll order elsewhere for sure.

Nothing was right and the sandwiches only had half a piece of meat and lettuce nothing else. Plus they were missing half the order. After waiting a hour and a half to have it delivered.

The biggest issue for me is consistency. One day you'll order ahead or order when you walk in, grab your order and go without issue. Other days you'll get there ans wait; others will come and go and you'll still be there waiting until you walk to the counter to ask where it is. Just such a crapshoot.The food itself is fine, standard Jimmy John's.

I will never eat there again. The service was slow. The employees worried about a carry out order, that they made me want for over a half hour for my food. Poor customer service!

4 people working in this store...made us wait for our order while they prepared a large delivery order...didn't say a thing about the wait...will not visit here again.

Out of all of the restaurants/take out I have gone to, this was by far my worst experience ever. I went here today and the one brunette female staff member was off her rocker. She was on the phone and eating chips while customers were trying to order food. On top of that, she was asked by other staff members to get off the phone and help the customers. Instead of complying, she told them “f**k you” in front of customers. All I was trying to do was get my sandwich and bounce. Very uncomfortable and the manager must step in to fire her. Absolutely atrocious and incompetent.

I don’t know why I keep going back here. Today was my last time. Ordered online, came in 30 minutes later and order was still not done. Sat inside for another 20 minutes and still nothing after repeatedly asking. Do not recommend

I’ve ordered delivery from this store specifically twice this week, each time my order was incorrect. The first time it was missing three ingredients on the sandwich, today it was delivered without the two sides of kickin ranch I paid for and it’s never “freak fast” it always takes forever.
