They exclusively use Uber eats for delivery, a company that prides itself on being "freaky fast." Fix your labor issue for your drivers and quit tanking your delivery time. Took me over half an hour to get a sandwich delivered! Should be half that.

This location sucks. Every time I place a delivery order, they cancel it because they are either “too busy” or don’t have a delivery driver. The manager always has an attitude when she calls to let you know they can’t deliver, too. Either close the store or hire competent management.

Cucumbers, old magazines, a wet burlap sack - these are among the many things that have more personality and warmth than the employee we dealt with today.

Dead eyed and disinterested, this egotistical man behind the counter seemed only annoyed that we walked in. He made our food quickly, with absolutely no interest in speaking to us at all. Not even a grunt.

Not once were we offered salt and pepper, or anything for that matter. When we asked if he had any black olives he stated they only had the "green, diced" olives. Looking now at the website, I'm pretty sure he just does not know what olives are.

Was this some bored teen? Angsty young adult? Befuddled senior? Nope! This Chef de Merde was a middle aged white guy wearing an expensive watch. Maybe the manger or owner? We'll never know (as we will never return).

We got home and opened the food. No one finished their bland, slightly off food. the kids just moped off. Maybe they caught his attitude?

We placed a large curb side order for a family reunion on a Thursday for Sat night, more than the 24hours they request. The store was not properly staffed and I've been waiting for an hour and a half for my pickup order that was supposed to be ready between 5-515pm. The gal inside is working her tail off , but clearly the manager ser her up for failure thinking she could be the only one in the store and getting this order done . I wouldn't order from them again for a party of any sort.

I placed an order online however the third party delivery service could not deliver the order by the time I needed it. I tried to switch the order to pick up online but the online system would not allow it. I called the store and they took my order over the phone regardless of being in the middle of lunch time and they told me they would have it ready for pickup within the time frame that I needed. I was told my order of 13 sandwiches was too large for the system to accept it to be a pickup order as it was considered a catering sized order. It was frustrating, but not blaming the store workers for the online system. The staff was friendly and took an order on the short notice ,food was fresh and good.

I usually love JJs but today was rough. The tuna tasted like straight salt block to the point I threw away half the sandwich. What a waste. I feel like it’s difficult for them to standardize the taste, consistency and sodium on the tuna for whatever reason. I will go back to Jersey Mike’s. Also, the music when I was in today was totally inappropriate for a professional restaurant, f-words flying all over the place while I’m watching the sandwich made. Cringe.

I love Jimmy John’s but this location is gross. It’s dirty. The bathroom was dirty, the tables were dirty even though we were the only customers and there were at least four staff members, mostly standing around and some on their phones. The service was unfriendly and honestly I hope I don’t get food poisoning.

They routinely close early but still accept orders online while they are closed and obviously can't make them. Terrible business practices and quite frankly fraud.

My last visit was uncharacteristically slow. The cashier wasn't very quick but the sandwich makers were in no rush. In fact, one was off talking when my order needed to be completed. Then they marked the wrong number item on the wrapper and I had them double check what they made. The food was up to standard but I was surprised by the service. Never in the last ten years have my visits been anything but reliable, fast service.

Parking: Parking is right in front of the store. There are many open spaces as the restaurant next door is closed
