I placed an order online however the third party delivery service could not deliver the order by the time I needed it. I tried to switch the order to pick up online but the online system would not allow it. I called the store and they took my order over the phone regardless of being in the middle of lunch time and they told me they would have it ready for pickup within the time frame that I needed. I was told my order of 13 sandwiches was too large for the system to accept it...

My last visit was uncharacteristically slow. The cashier wasn't very quick but the sandwich makers were in no rush. In fact, one was off talking when my order needed to be completed. Then they marked the wrong number item on the wrapper and I had them double check what they made. The food was up to standard but I was surprised by the service. Never in the last ten years have my visits been anything but reliable, fast service.

One guy who works there is so nice, gave me and my sister free brownies (if managers are seeing this don’t get mad at him). I love JJ’s! The food is served SO FAST and it tastes soooo good! Best JJ’s I’ve ever been too will be coming back for sure!
