Faith Restored hallelujah!!! I’ve been coming to this establishment for years and never had a problem I had to leave a bad review until last visit. I was angry and upset and just did it. My 80ish old Mother in law wanted to go for her birthday so I gathered the entire family and I gave it another try. So glad I did. We actually had the same waitress as last time. She was night and day and did a great and professional job. I ordered the apps and man did I choose the right ones. The kids love the pretzels and I wanted to try the loaded Saratoga chips. When she came back with them I was beyond amazed by the quality and quantity. If you’ve never had their homemade chips you’re missing out. They should market these , sell these in stores. They are light, fresh and the taste is out of this world !! The beer is always icy cold and delicious. We all tried something different this time and everyone was super satisfied. I don’t think a visit to a restaurant could’ve been any better. I know every person and every restaurant has a bad or off kind of day. I want to apologize for being angry and giving you a bad review. Nobody is perfect. Your reply was very professional and you even offered to pay for my meal. You’re back on the map for taking my entire family out when we’re remotely in the area. Appreciate your restaurant and the team that supports it. ❤️

Very nice inside, clean & comfortable atmosphere. Loaded Cheese Fries appetizer was very good but small portion for the price. Chicken Quesadilla was good, right amount of chicken, enough for 2 meals. Waiter was very friendly and attentive. Heavy-set waitress working at a restaurant should wear an outfit more appealing than tight jeans and colorful, striped, stretchy top. All black clothes would be much more appealing when working at this establishment.

I've never in my life heard of grilled wings, and I had only had smoked wings once in my life before this. Maybe some people liked them, but I thought they were absolutely atrocious.
The fries were mid tier. The potato skins were unlike potato skins I've seen anywhere else. It was literally just a potato chip with cheddar, and undercooked bacon bits. I almost couldn't believe it.
This is one of the 10 times in my life I've left a restaurant before finishing my meal due to not liking the way it tasted. Look, maybe some people like grilled or smoked wings which is why so many people wrote great reviews but I didn't but I'm giving an honest review about my personal experience.
I will say this- the place had a huge sign out front warning people the service might be bad due to understaffing and it wasn't bad at all. Service was perfect, so left a big tip. I just wish they had a sign out warning people that the food might be bad instead.

My wife and I went to the Lucky Dog while out with our dogs. They welcomed our dogs in the patio area. Our server was super excited to see our dogs. The dogs were given treats and a bowl of water, they have a doggy menu too! My wife and I both really enjoyed our food it was served quickly because everything was very hot. We will be repeat customers forsure! Thank you lucky dog !

They specialize in smoked meats and they do a great job at it. The smoked wings were surprising because they are not the typical small wings and legs but whole pieces with a good amount of meat. I got mine with the house dry rub and enjoyed them. The burnt ends were very good with a sauce that had a nice sweetness to it. I tasted their ribs which also had a good smoked flavor. Hush puppies stood out, probably my favorite and I had a lot. A good crisp on the outside with a slightly sweet and soft cornmeal on the inside. Fries have a good crunchy texture like they are double fried, just the way I like them. Large beer selection and an enticing dessert menu. I wish I ate here sooner, but I always drive by, it didn't stick out to me. I want to try their burgers next. Plenty of TVs for sports. Service was prompt and pleasant. New fan, here.
Parking: The parking lot is oddly shaped like the shopping center the restaurant is in.
Should really get more business, it felt lonely in there! Almost too quiet which was a shame, everything else was great. Service was lovely and the food was REALLY good. Like upscale bar food in the best way possible, I’ll definitely go back.
Great food and service, the only reason for the 4 was because it was a slow Saturday night. I did get the brisket appetizer 😋 and I also got the smoked wings delicious!

Updated! I was happy that the owner responded to my review and explained! We did not see the info on the menu but of course just looked at the specials. We will have to read it better! Went with a group of ladies for the first time. We placed our orders and got our food and when the bill came there were up charges on all of our bills that were not told to us when we ordered. We ordered the lunch special, sandwich, chips and a drink. I was asked if I wanted something other than the chips and I said oh I didn’t know we could do that. She said yes but the Premium sides had an up charge. I ordered applesauce( not premium) and was charged .99. Two others asked for bbq sauce for the chips and there was an up charge for that as well. Again not told! I can’t believe you don’t supply a sauce to go with the chips! We were all senior citizens and we watch what we spend. If you have all these up charges you should tell the person before hand. Will not go back. To many other places to eat that don’t charge for every little thing! Six disappointed customers who won’t return.

Visiting from Cleveland with our dogs, we searched for dog friendly places to eat. I entered the restaurant while my friends and the dogs waited on the patio. As soon as I go in, I see Browns fans EVERYWHERE! Apparently, the Cincinnati chapter of the Browns Backers meets there every Sunday! How lucky was I, being a die hard Browns fan?! The place was great. The waitress was super nice and the staff even brought our dogs ice water! They have a dog menu, so of course we ordered off that for our babies. The waitress loved on our dogs, which was GREAT. The food was amazing, and even tho they were busy and crowded, the service was fast. I will be visiting every single time I go south!!

My husband and I were visiting Mason for the Cincinnati Open and this location was a very convenient distance from our hotel so we decided to check it out. The service was great, the food was delicious, reasonably priced, and a good portion. We both finished our meals and were not stuffed, which is refreshing! I got the Brisket & Mushroom Mac which was a totally new flavor combination for me. My husband got the Prime Rib Hoagie and he let me have a bite to try. Both meals were fantastic! Our server was very sweet and attentive. We would definitely come back if we visit again.
