First time in my life we were asked to leave because another reservation was to take our table somewhat tacky
Recommended dishes: Chicken Parm
Had a wonderful server, but the food was not good in my opinion. Had the lobster bisque soup of the day, and couldn't eat it. It was incredibly salty. The breading on the fried calamari was also oversalted. Had the chicken parmesan for the main course, which came after everyone else at our table was half-way through their meals. Was OK, but not as good as I was expecting based on prior reviews. I do not plan on returning.

Service was extremely slow as there wasn't enough wait staff. Food quality did not meet the cost. For example, there was an $8 upcharge for a GF ready-made (tasteless) cauliflower pizza crust. The atmosphere wasn't family friendly (we were a group of 6 that included 2 teenagers) as we were in a small room with several other 2 top tables that were VERY quiet which made most of us feel uncomfortable. We will not be returning.

I have always brought home Luigi’s half baked pizzas for years recently. They changed the crust. It’s not the same. I’m very disappointed. Bring back the original half baked pizzas. I think management has gotten way off track. I brought home two and they were not the same as before and this is April 2026 your staff is wonderful. Your pizza has gone downhill. Also, your cheese on your tossed salad has also gotten away off taste, and also your dressing is not as good as it used to be on the salad what happened?

We went to Luigi’s to celebrate my dad’s 90th birthday. We had a large party. The table was lovely and the food was delicious! Adam was our server and he was fantastic! The one disappointment was we had a birthday cake for my dad and we were not allowed to serve it. Everyone deserves to have cake on their birthday, especially when they are turning 90!! We will not have anymore celebrations at Luigi’s!!

Luigi’s was a miss across the board.
The arancini was mostly bread with barely any rice. The plate came out dangerously hot and the server gave no warning, which led to a finger burn.
The chicken sandwich had a strong burnt taste. The chicken piccata was not enjoyable. The burger was also poor. Someone in our group lives nearby and said he will not return.
Prices look reasonable, but the food quality is not. I would not go back.

Someone needs to teach the chef how to cook pasta. This was the worst so called Italian meal I’ve ever had. Pasta should not be mushy or limp! I had the eggplant parmigiana that was over breaded fried mush. I’m not sure if you would call the canned marinara more than tomato paste watered down. This was my third try and never coming back again. My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs. It was the same pasta overcooked. The meatballs were the density of rest home meatloaf. The sauce entirely flavorless. I am a bread, baker, and the bread was obviously store-bought. If it was baked, I’m not sure how they ruined it. The only positive Takeaway was Cristina. Our server was great.

From appetizers to dessert, everything was fantastic. Our server was extremely helpful and very professional . The total for four of us was 200 dollars, and we all felt like it was a bargain! Thank you for a perfect evening.

This was our first time at Luigi’s and I already can’t wait to go back! We made a same-day reservation for 5:30 PM on a Saturday. It wasn’t very busy, and you probably could have walked in with little to no wait.
I ordered the Bolognese ($26) and my boyfriend got the Fettuccine ($21) with grilled chicken (+$7), which was amazing. Both dishes were delicious, but I would definitely recommend the fettuccine — it was seriously top tier.
They also served sourdough bread with oil, balsamic, and pesto, which ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal. The bread was incredible.
Next time I go back, I’ll probably try the chicken piccata since that was my second choice.
Great atmosphere, great service, and everything came out quickly.

I'll start with positives! The guy that sat us, seemed maybe the owner, was very kind and accommodating to our family of 8. We were trying to get some pizza before we headed back to IN. We tried big dogs and they weren't open, so walked down to Luigi's. We got there about 15 minutes before they were officially open, and he was very gracious to seat us and take our pizza order. Inside is cute and clean.
The pizza was ok. Nothing amazing, but not bad. Crust lacked flavor but had good texture.
What was really hard for me, was our server that took over for us. Nice guy, gave good service when approached our table but was very poor in hygiene working around food. Multiple times blowing his nose into a napkin right in the bar area in front of our table. Blew his nose on the way to the kitchen. And was eating his dinner right at the bar area. I felt very disturbed that he was touching our plates after just blowing his nose and eating his food. Just not ok. :(

I think this is the best food we’ve had in Mason since moving here about 1.5 years ago. I wish I’d taken pictures of the food but it was sooooo good we ate it all before we thought of it. After trying an Italian restaurant in Loveland last year on Valentine’s Day for the first time and it being absolutely awful despite promising reviews, we decided to try Luigi’s this year and it absolutely exceeded expectations. My wife got a little nervous driving into the lot at how the building looked on the outside, but once we walked inside it was absolutely beautiful! We had a reservation and were seated immediately. I give bonus points because our waitress immediately filled our water glasses and left a carafe on the table. I drink a lot of water and it’s one of my pet peeves when they don’t keep my glass full or refuse to leave extra water on the table but that was never an issue here. We ordered the special appetizer of fig and goat cheese crostini and it was very sweet and crunchy but was gone in minutes. The bread was also amazing, seasoned very well and served with a plate of oil, vinegar, and some sort of herb mix. We both opted for pasta each getting fettuccine alfredo, my wife with salmon and myself with filet. Both meats were cooked perfectly and the dishes tasted amazing. I think not only have they convinced us to go back but probably have convinced us to come back and try the more expensive steak menu. There was not a lick of fat on my steak which I love as I hate the chewiness of large chunks of fat left on. We were literally talking the whole rest of this night about how good the food was… I might be trying to convince my wife to let me have some of her leftovers today 😂😂. Definitely will be coming back again in the future, already added to my favorites list on Google!
