Maple Street Biscuit Company

I live nearby, and I'm mad it took me so long to try this place. They'll be stealing my business from some other local places. They have a menu full of good-looking comfort food that'll knock you out, but I didn't want something quite as heavy my first visit. I went with the hash (added grilled chicken) and a side of a biscuit with berry jam. This could have easily been a boring afterthought dish for a place like this, but the hash was excellent -- everything was well-seasoned, portion was very satisfying, and the grilled chicken was nice and tender. The biscuit was soft, buttery, and good enough to stand alone, but the berry jam was a very good pairing. I came back for a biscuit breakfast sandwich. No surprise, everything was good quality and filling. I added avocado to it, and it came in the form of well-seasoned guac. I also had a plain latte (they have some seasonal flavors and typical coffee shop flavors, too). It was excellent quality espresso and far exceeded my expectations. In an area with no good local coffee shops within a 10-minute radius, I'll take this every time over Starbucks, Dunkin, etc.. You can order ahead online, and my orders were ready within 10-12 minutes, depite the ETA always saying 21 minutes. This place is a gem!

Simply amazing! Stayed overnight down the road from being at Kings Island. Found on the way home and DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Delicious and fresh!

Staff was friendly and establishment is clean. The food is sub par. The gravy is way too sweet. The biscuits are advertised as homemade, they are not. Not worth the money in my opinion

We were heading from Akron to Texas. As we were leaving Mason, OH, we stopped in just on the name alone! Never heard of this place!

I ordered the Sticky Maple Biscuit. The menu looked so good, especially the Chicken & Waffles! By server Allison’s suggestions, I tried the Caramel Toffee Crunch Latte! The servers were so nice!

The washrooms were too!

1st time but not the last. The OJ is a must get! I had biscuits and gravy which were excellent and I'm picky about that. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I feel like this place could do a lot better. The food is below average. The presentation does not look very appetising. The floors are always sticky in every branch I visit. I hope they improve because the concept is really nice. On a positive note, the staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
