I used to take my family of five to eat at this place two or three times a week. The last two times I’ve been there during rush-hour employees were sitting at a table eating their lunch on break. That’s a management issue today. I go there there’s bowls empty I ordered teriyaki chicken and I waited for six people to go past me in line. Still didn’t get no teriyaki chicken. So I finally left no meal won’t go back. They should hire people that keep the place rolling during lunch hour because when people show up there for lunch they’re on a very limited time. They don’t have time to stand there for 10 minutes while people lollygag it’s lunchtime be a service restaurant.

I always order chow mein and I barely get any sauces everytime I ask for it. I called them and some lady picked up and she said that we never give any sauces and we only give if you ask for it and I was telling her that I did ask for the sauces and she said then it’s not our problem we missed it. I even asked to speak to her supervisor and she said I’m not going to speak to you anymore. This is their customer service!!! I called on December 15th 2024 at 7:14PM so if the manager does see this I hope you know who was on that shift and how they are treating their customers! Absolutely rude and carefree!

Fried rice was dry the orange chicken wasn't cooked all the way and because the fried rice was dry I'm sure they could tell by looking at it they substitute it has my rice for another scoop of orange chicken.. even though I had already gotten three sides of orange chicken

Came to pick up my bosses lunch. At work she goes by Nikki Asked for Nikki frich order and was told there's no order for her in system. Manager comes out and says there's no order and nothing she can so. Go back to work and tell my boss there's no order for her. She calls them and tells me th. Manager says I asked for a replacement order, which is a lie. Confront her about it and geta defensive about me asking about why she say that. Tries changing the subject say I don't know my bosses name, she feels sorry for my boss insinuating I'm a bad employees infront of the whole store. She not professional blaming me for the situation and not her ability manager a store and solve problems professional and her temper as a costumer calls her out for lie on their name, blaming them for making food twice and not know their boss made the order using the government name. Need. To be trained on handling customer correctly

Food and portioning were wonderful! Went on a Monday evening, like 8 pm. But they seemed super overwhelmed with online orders and they even ran out of a couple things for longer than they expected. They asked us to wait on an entree because it wasn't ready yet. Still, friendly staff. I tried the crab Rangoons this time... I gotta say they are an absolute must-have!! Insanely creamy and delicious with sweet n sour sauce

At our time of visit, almost all the food we ordered off the line was cold to the touch. Multiple employees were rough-housing, constantly pulling their phones out and taking pictures behind the counter, and even ignored some requests at the register followed by "sorry, didn't hear ya". The only decent thing about today's visit was at least 1 table was clean. Really disappointed in this visit and I will be making the drive out to West Chester if I feel like having Panda again.

They have idiots running the place. Multiple entrees are almost always out, even right before dinner time, all the while the staff are idle. When you ask for it they ask you to wait 5 min (more like 10) and then serves you undercooked, rushed food.
