I’ve been to this location about 3 times in the past 2 months, this visit really made me upset and hungered. I ordered a bowl and this employee named Kendall gave me the smallest portion known to man. If I am paying $8.50, for some damn rice and chicken I would like a good amount. I’d also like to note that when she was scooping another costumers food some chicken landed on the counter and she scooped it back in and mixed it together…gross!!! Speaking of gross I was eating and looked over and saw her on her phone next to the food..not sanitary at all!!! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK EVER AGAIN!!!

Arnav is the individuals name if I’m not mistaken. Completely out of hand laughing in front of my face with another individual… Didn't care what I asked for as my side and gave me orange chicken when I asked for walnut shrimp. He refused to give my the walnut shrimp. Proceeded to laugh. Haven’t had this bad of customer service in years. I will be telling all friends n family do not come back to this restaurant due to Arnav… By far hands down one of the worst employees I’ve ever seen in my life as a business owner. That individual needs fired immediately. Happened on 7/21/25 @ 12:30-12:35.

My only complaint was we asked for NOT spicy and got spicy. Not sure if all cooked together so the spice transferred but it was hot.

Just brought it home after a really long time and was hugely disappointed. Ordered Chicken Teriyaki and Kung pao chicken with fried rice and everything was soaked in some sort of fat (it surely didn't taste of oil or butter), probably some meat fat. I had to walk 3.5 miles after dinner just to stop feeling horrible.
