Went in at about 7pm on Christmas Eve as a last minute dinner plan with my husband. The food line was fully stocked. The food was hot and as fresh as Panda Express gets. The staff handled the crowd well. I've been to multiple Panda Express locations in Washington State and often was disappointed. This location exceeded my expectations.

Nice in store, but if you order online be prepared that they will mess up your food. Only about 50% if the time do I get all of my food. I suggest ordering on doordash directly as they have a better policy and system for problem and returns.

Iāve been to this location about 3 times in the past 2 months, this visit really made me upset and hungered. I ordered a bowl and this employee named Kendall gave me the smallest portion known to man. If I am paying $8.50, for some damn rice and chicken I would like a good amount. Iād also like to note that when she was scooping another costumers food some chicken landed on the counter and she scooped it back in and mixed it togetherā¦gross!!! Speaking of gross I was eating and looked over and saw her on her phone next to the food..not sanitary at all!!! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK EVER AGAIN!!!
We are not returning to this place until the guy wears a pair of black circled glasses is fired. Other than that, food is OK.

Arnav is the individuals name if Iām not mistaken. Completely out of hand laughing in front of my face with another individualā¦ Didn't care what I asked for as my side and gave me orange chicken when I asked for walnut shrimp. He refused to give my the walnut shrimp. Proceeded to laugh. Havenāt had this bad of customer service in years. I will be telling all friends n family do not come back to this restaurant due to Arnavā¦ By far hands down one of the worst employees Iāve ever seen in my life as a business owner. That individual needs fired immediately. Happened on 7/21/25 @ 12:30-12:35.
