The set-up of this Panera is not at all welcoming, catering only to people who want a fast in/out, avoid-contact-with-humans experience. You’re expected to know what to do - no signage. You have to walk up to a screen - not a person - to place your order. If you have questions, you’re on your own. After placing your order, you’re supposed to go to the pick up window on the other side of the restaurant - again, no signage. Questions? Fuggetaboutit. We live five minutes away and drive to a different Panera 20 minutes away because it’s not for us.

I went in and looked around and I'll have to wait for a buy 1 get 1 deal.

The portion size was much smaller than expected compared to what’s advertised. Taste was just okay not bad, but nothing special. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price.

Absolutely worst experience at a Panera in the country. Walked in and nobody was working the front counter at 8:45 in the morning. After I walked around for two or three minutes, I found somebody walking out of the restroom and told him I would like to check out. They said I would be up there in a minute. After waiting at the counter for three minutes, the same person I seen coming out of the bathroom, met me up at the counter and persisted to hurrying up through my order. As much as it cost to eat here. I would expect a little higher level of service. But who cares.

Nice to be in a busy one. Seems like they earned the business.

If I could I'd give it a negative.
The staff is rude, the cookies are raw, the lobby is disgusting. I had a exhausted day & all I wanted was a treat & that raw cookie was so disgusting. No way it was cooked.

Paneras quality has gone down. I have never had a bagel sandwich and just felt it was mediocre until lately. I should’ve waited and stopped somewhere else.

My wife and I visited two Panera locations (this location being one of them) around 7 pm on 10 Nov 2025 for Pick Two meals with soup. Both locations were out of baguettes and refused to offer any other bread, even though plenty of breads and bagels were visible behind the counter near closing that would likely be disposed of. For a brand called “Panera Bread,” this lack of common sense flexibility was disappointing enough to make us consider other restaurants and we took our business elsewhere.

We were Sunday afternoon so it wasn't busy. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, and food was tasty. A really good dining experience.

Pleasant gathering spot for many occasions. Staff is always helpful.
Love the Lattes! Their Bread used to make their sandwiches is delicious.
