This location is terrible. The last few times I’ve come to pick up at the window I’ve sat several minutes never being acknowledged. Tonight I waited 5 mins without a glance from the inside. After waiting 5 minutes, while watching the staff through the window, I rolled back and forth over the buzzer to alert the employees of my presence and honked the horn a couple times, still nothing. When a blue haired girl finally got my pizza after 10 minutes, I asked why we waited so long without even being acknowledged, she had a shitty attitude and gave me some bullshit about how busy they were and she was helping 5 guests inside which was a bold faced lie, I could see the front counter and there were no guests inside nor cars in the parking lot. On top of that, I PAID for EXTRA cheese and hardly had any on my pizzas. Custer service and food quality here have really gone downhill. Will not be returning.

12/31/2024- 11:24 p.m. Ordered here on a whim because I was waiting for someone at Kings Island. Ordered the MyHut box online, picked it up & paid for it in the store just in case they weren't open (sometimes the hours of op don't always match up). Got my food & left. Had 2 slices of my personal pizza then I bit into one of the wings. My mouth was instantly burning. Since I was in the car (dark) driving I had to turn on the light to see what flavor it was (I ordered Honey BBQ) it was Buffalo wings. I drove 10 mins back the other way to return the wings. When someone finally approached the counter (skinny dark haired lady with glasses....maybe a manager) asked if she could "help me"....I took the wings out of my box & told her they gave me the wrong wings. She asked in a I don't really care attitude, "what makes you say that?" I said: "because it's supposed to be honey bbq wings." the way she responded back 'ok' ...it was if I was hollering at her & she was being defensive. She took the old wings....tossed them in the trash & told me it would be 10 mins. I told her ok. NO apologies were offered, a 'my bad' or nothing. Her customer service was abysmal. I was polite.....she was not! Will not return.

Girlfriend and I were served pizza with an earbud rubber cover baked in the pizza. She called the manager (Tony) who after placing her on hold, advised no one at his location was wearing earbuds and hung up on her with zero apology or show of concern.

Last night, we ordered 3 pizzas, breadsticks, and two garlic sauces. One of the pizzas didn’t have the pesto sauce on half. They also forgot one of my garlic sauces that we paid for. The cheese pizza was overcooked and too thin for a hand tossed. Won’t be returning.

Ordered 3 pizzas and wings. Wings were wrong flavor. Pizzas were less than 1/8th of an inch. No one from Corporate or local store will respond. Had to deal with a lady with 5 piercings in her nose claiming to be the District Manager. Very standoffish. No compromise. Been waiting over10 days and no response. This needs to be refunded or addressed properly. Otherwise, you lost a regular customer. See pic...I measured that. They messed up the ordee and wont fix it. Been calling Mandy Clear but no way to leave her a message.

We always do carry out so I can't speak to the inside environment but I just love their thin and crispy crust here! We always order on the app for pickup in the Hut Lane and it's always ready when they say it'll be. The employees are all super kind as well.
Parking: Pizza hut's establishment is attached to a gas station (separate entrances and not connected inside) so the parking lot is quite large with lots of availability.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp available to get onto the sidewalk and there are no steps into the restaurant.

Second time we have ordered pizza from the mason location and it has been messed up both times first time wrong toppings and was cold and also wasn't cooked all the way. Was promised that wouldn't happen again so we tried it again and same problems happened and this time Mandy the manager was completely rude and wasn't helpful nor would do anything bout the messed up pizza. The need to get a new manager them Mandy she was so rude and hateful and made us feel like it was our fault that they cant make a pizza order correctly and that we had to accept this. All around disrespectful and rude.

The pizza was flat and gross. Sad sad pizza. If you guys do one thing good .. it should be pizza.
Avoid this pizza hut. So sad. Literally the worst pizza I've ever got from any pizza place.
Bread sticks were just so so .. brownie was better than the pizza. But still not awesome.
Ps I was there at 10:15 on a Saturday and it didn't look busy.
