I'm sad to post this bc pizza hut used to be my favorite but the subpar crust we got with our stuffed crust pizza tonight made me really sad yall used to be so yummy idk if yall changed how the crust Is made but that and the shrinkage of the sauce isn't worth getting anymore love pizza hut but won't be ordering pizza hut anymore :(

We ordered and were told 6.12 to 6.22 for deliver. It is now 8pm and no food! We called in an hour ago and they said they saw the order but a little behind. Then nothing. When we called again they would just hang up the call... Tried it several times and actually heard the pick up then drop. We can't even get through to cancel. How embarrassing for our guests one of which already had to go home without having eaten. Food finally arrived via door dash at 8.10pm Never again.

I was calling to cancel and then edit my order but the lady who picked up was incredibly rude to me. At first she put me on hold for a while and then when I called again I requested to cancel my order but she interrupted me and cut the phone while I was about to say that I wanted to edit my order.

One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. The whole left side was a huge bubble where toppings and what little cheese that was on them had slid off from the huge bubbles in the crust. Both pizzas were pretty dry and barely had any cheese on them.

Prompt order and pizza was hot and fresh! Friendly staff at the pick up window. Several extra sauces at no additional charge too.
Truthfully, just an awful experience with them and their manager Jasmine. I do hope the franchise owner sees this review so they can provide better training.I ordered three large pizzas for delivery on Saturday. One of the three pizzas was incorrect. That's no big deal and mistakes happen, so we called up the franchise to get the correct pizza.They were beyond difficult with simply sending a delivery guy out with a new/correct pizza, despite the fact i said I was happy to swap out the incorrect pizza for the correct one. They only offered store credit or making us drive to pick up the correct pizza (despite the fact we paid for delivery). I explained to Jasmine that all I wanted was the pizza because we had purchased Pizza Hut in honor of a deceased family member (who we had buried literally that day) because it was her favorite pizza and none of us were capable of driving because we had been "celebrating" the family members life. But she continued to be insanely difficult. It took over 9 minutes for them to simply agree to just swap out the pizza via delivery. Even the delivery driver was stunned at how difficult the managers were being. Jasmine claims she is just following procedure but the delivery driver said it was not common for the location to be so difficult and require a swap.It's Pizza Hit so I'm not expecting world class service. But i would expect their manager to be able to acknowledge a mistake and fix an issue of their own making.
