I always thought that I wouldn't be interested in this place, but I saw they had buffalo chicken on fries and gave it a try. I only wish I had gone there sooner. The chicken was shredded and cooked perfectly. The fries were thick but cooked in the middle. The ranch and buffalo sauce worked great together, and the scallions added a nice texture. As expected park food. Glad to have gluten free chicken tenders and fries. But the operation was badly understaffed and inefficient, taking away valuable park time.
These potatoes and cheese sauce are the best in all the land. I've been obsessed for decades and hope KI keeps this place going forever!
