Sapporo Hibachi Express

Stopped by for a quick bite and was really impressed. The service was fast and friendly and the hibachi came out hot and fresh without the long wait you usually have at full table side shows. No need to sit through the whole volcano fire routine, just great tasting food served right away. Perfect spot when you want delicious hibachi without the extra hassle.

We order from Sapporo at least 3 times a month and every time the portions get smaller or something is messed up.We ordered filet tonight and the meat is bad,it smells bad and taste horrible.So we called to tell them and all they can say to me is we order from Sysco or contact door dash.Loke we just spent almost 80 dollars on food that we refuse to eat.Customer service is a joke and the food is disgusting.

I ordered the spring rolls and chicken hibachi for lunch delivery. Unfortunately it was not good. Hibachi is my favorite food and it takes a-lot for me to not like it. The hibachi meal came with plain steamed rice instead of the usual hibachi fried rice. The chicken tasted boiled and unseasoned. The spring rolls were mushy and not fresh. They do not offer Rangoon's which are my favorite item to order with hibachi. It was also expensive at $20 for one lunch. I can’t speak on the restaurant environment or staff. I wouldn’t eat here again or recommend it.

The shrimp tempura was terrible. The breading used was extremely low quality and I was given a bunch of vegetables that were fried, bland, and disgusting. There are two pictures of what the shrimp tempura is supposed to look like but it came out completely different with only 3 white flavorless pieces instead of 5 golden brown pieces. The sauces were alright, but the red chili sauce had a horrible aftertaste. Would never order it again.

So good!! Worth trying for sure!
Japanese fried rice 💥

Bit into my lunch and realized they left all the imitation crab in it's plastic wrapper. So everything that was breaded and possibly fried was inedible. The white rice tasted funny. The entire meal ended up in the trash which is where your plans to visit this place should go.

The vegetables were good. The Salad dressing was watered down. The rice had an odd chemical taste to it. The chicken was very over cooked and dry. It's edible, but I don't plan to go back.

Steak is slightly overcooked but it's still good.

Noodles were dry, chicken and steak flavorless. The salad was a sad situation. Will not be back

Highly recommend chicken and fried rice combo! Taste just like the places you sit and watch. It’s my go to now.

The majority of our take out order was average (teriyaki chicken, dumpling soup, steamed gyoza). However, the combo fried rice was a disappointment: way too many onions (see photo), seasoning was lacking, rubbery shrimp, and rice was dry and hard in texture.
