Starbucks offers a respectable experience with kind service and good coffee. Despite some slow service and occasional missing items at the drive-thru, the new location provides delicious pastry and breakfast options with fast service. However, some customers have experienced rude behavior from the associates, receiving dirty looks and cold shoulders on multiple visits. While the manager has been helpful, there seems to be a need for additional training for the baristas to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
